Would this be a good board for an intermediate surfer transitioning into more performance surfing? On your website the only one in stock in my size (6’1”) is a thruster. Could you run a twin + trailer on this board to get more of a quad feeling if there’s no 5 fin option?
    Currently riding a 5’10 39l seaside. I’m 6’1” 190lbs

The answer to your first question is yes, especially with a seaside that would be a great 2-board quiver to cover you for most conditions, James has some pics in this review even of some overhead barrels he surfed his in. It can handle a ton but is also rippable on smaller days. As for the Twin+ idea, not as sure on that one. We can custom order you one in any size with any fin configuration, so don't worry about stock as much as what will be right for you. Twin+ on this board may feel very loose, if that is what you want then it could be fine, I could see our filmer Jeffrey enjoying that feel, but it's not for everyone. Thruster or Quad for this one would be our recommendations, but if you're unsure get a 5 fin set up and play around with what you like, that also gives you flexibility to adjust based on the conditions you're in
