i dont see what is exactly so bad about people blending into their surroundings. tbh it should be obvious that u would have people who do this and its just someone taking advantage of something perfectly fine. i do no from my own experience how annoying and toxic all these players as a whole can get tho.

i was a friendly player, but damn after the tragedys ive gone trough i abandoned being friendly and now i mostly have become the 99 percent of the community ( kill on sight), i stil lam friendly sometimes but its nothing compared to before.
You were betrayed many times, I admire your commitment to be friendly to a certain level.
But you just can't trust players that have nothing to lose.

Worst part about going solo is when some big group say "pay us tribute or leave the server", and when you say no and keep playing they raid your base EVERY SINGLE DAY until you leave.

hehe, that's just the way it works. Been doing that for two years with my mate and it always works. 1. tax, 2. stupid regulations to make excuses to kill them, 3. putting them into the work camp (although this mostly only works with new or experienced players not with adhd kids).
As a new player, being friendly and asking for advice is the only way i get by.
And no, im not scared of zombies, i just like being a sneeki breeki boi.

I'm God with Snipers and Marksman Rifles, when playing with my friend, we just see a guy, I'm dressed ghillie (or any green clothed/terrain coloured) and I just recon spot for him before taking shots if the line of sight is clear.
It's just- "75, running to zhe hangar."
He either runs there or lets me take the shot depending on the risk.
Good fucking times.
We all have those fun moments we remember and miss these days.

I remember long ago when I played on some PVE server, people were chill and gave away good loot to players that joined. They also built a wall across the map as a joke.
see when i make a base i struggle to make anything that is small and compact yet takes alot to raid into. i always just opt more for a roleplay loot lord type base where id just have 1 of every gun and attatchment i can possibly get in the map.
ive actually been very close b4 on a pei map that had airdrop of obtainig 1 of every gun. i was missing like 3 on multiplayer. i did manage to get the ekho and hells fury as well tho. they were sick to just have.

Watched this after having sunk over a hundred hours playing exclusively PvE with friends, using Nordic, item stacking, Steve's etc...
Completely different experience and I don't think I want any part in it, so I'll just go back to loading mags off an ammo belt.
I accualy never tried PvE but I may try it soon.

listen i used a green skin for a long time because i fight like gorilla warfair style so i know what im up agiest and if i can take it my fravite weopen is the peace maker love the skin i got for it but imso nice to player i will hand out gun and good loot to new players and give them tips i also been playing the game forever because at the end of the day it just a game but its a game you have to put time into so inless the the group is toxic i do not offline besides onlines are way funner i don't griff and i give back bases i raid but if yall see me in my pick skin with the cosmetics on im not there to play around im locked in

i remember in the very early days of not just unturned but most games where people had standards in their life and while playing games. dont see that anymore. they will happily throw that away to be cringe just because they are not worth it.

i just mostly play survival 'cos im not a good pvp-er, unless i have someone to play with i wont play PVP servers, and then we only play mostly empty ones beacause we dont want to just wait to get ambushed, the only fight ive done is literally with a friend against 2 guys that came individually to us and only had two shots of a musket, i didnt even notice when fighting them it was two players beacause they hid in the water and we were shooting them from the shore, when one died (probably bled out underwater) the other sneaked up underwater and started again just popping up and down for air the same as his teammate
and even after that the only reason we fought them was beacause we did an ambush on them on airdrop, idk why they didnt expect us to be there before them if they heard the helicopter we used, and we also had to wait like 5 minutes for one of them to arrive and take the empty musket and one bullet for it (the second one he probably had earlier), the other encounter on that map we had we didnt actually fight them but did see them, my friend said he knew the guy was known to hack on servers hard so we left on that
I have to say if they planned to appear as one player well played by them.
i didnt even know about the flashlight part, i only played multiplayer once so far, i only have 60 hour in unturned rn
Game is fairly simple and casual. Most people are friendly so don't be afraid to ask people for help.
There was one more survival players I'm one of them I do not care about multiplayer I only play on single player mode I rather be killed by zombies and not by a 50 year old man living in his mom's basement playing unturned I rather be on a server without people without the storm I rather play single player on turn

i go onto roblox to play lab experiement. not really popular by any means just known by alot of people. the devs put in the game a p2w in game method of completely altering the game in ur favour just to win something that is purely set by chance. i see ppl do it all the time and when i bring it up. everyone is fine with this mechanic when its literally game altering and game breaking. its just stupid. its a roblox game ruined by p2w methods and what the long time players have begged for to be in the game. its so sad to see actual good games go to waste even on places lile roblox.

sniper are pretty good if you know how to measure bullets drop and the time it take to hit the target also most of the time it will one hit
Snipers are powerfull but players prefer to just spray with maplestrike.

ive tried that. it very rarely works out for me. i could turn my back or help out someone just to be killed cause they re in a group but not officially when u look at the players in the server. i just kinda want to be able to mind my own business but at least be able to only fight other solo players. ruins the game when ur always outnumbered out gunned and u got players being toxic wanting to control and rule the servers.

I joined the conversation later he was mean to other players before me. I tried to stop the drama but failed.
I guess I can be counted as both a Gigachad and a friendly player. I use weapons such as Fussilaut, Eaglefire etc. just because they look cool and I don't look at their downsides. I try to be friendly to new players but I still keep my guard. If a player tries to attack me I try to negotiate with them to leave me alone and if they don't I shoot em.
it annoys me ppl sleep on the cobra hawkhound 1911 and ace. im surprised more players arnt using them. even the crossbow or compound bow. if ur a solo and arnt that good or cant get far enough to raid. just make explosive arrows. sure u cant get them back but for stealth pvp its actually the most slept on strat there is for solo play. i very rarely see anyone use landmines due to its rarity as well as some other traps u can make but its possible.

Hawkhound is the best early-game sniper rifle you can acquire, Cobra is fully automatic and the box magazine has a big capacity and Ace is one of the most powerful handguns in the game. Landmines are also good to use because most people run around without checking their surroundings first and putting them in enclosed spaces such as military tents is a good idea
@@nicodemus69269 i actually went on a server yesterday and found a landmine place round a corner inside a tent that i nearly went into. i do think its a smart idea to do so but a massive BM type move if ur placing it around hotspots. its not enjoyable to play in a server if its just a one sided wipe 24-7.
also i just wanted to add onto the ace. the other reason why i think its a slept on weapon is because people get rid of it for the 2 main reasons of its an early game type weapon and the fact it doesnt really have any attatchment slots just like the nailgun has only the tactical slot. thing is with the muffler on the ace, people dont realise how godly it can actually be. yes i get u only get 10 shots b4 it breaks but thats what makes the ace and the attatchment so balanced. ur essentially getting a high dmg revo a muffler that slightly supresses the weapon yet also can be used for a full clip/revolver drum and 4/6ths more. like its all u really need for that gun. if anything, its one of if not the only very balanced gun i can currently think of in the game.

Honestly don't underestimate ace, that is one powerful weapon. Still respect for trying to be friendly and teaching new players how to play.

but when it has almost 0% (which lower damage) and only one or two magazines against pretty op loot guy its not a greatest idea.

If there's anything DayZ taught me, it's to never trust anyone, so if you are a friendly players be really carefull. Remember a Full geared player has more to lose than a early player. (Forgive me If my inglish is not correct)

On this server me and my team mate got raided 2 times and then this big team who kept raiding us made a skybasd over our base using the tower we was making and then they now say they own out base also I’m a friendly play

i remember when i started playing this game with my friends (around 2020) when i had maybe 200 hours and still did not know half of the game how it worked i have played on France and made a big base under one of the Bridges. we have defended it 11 times that day against 2-3 teams with around 5 members each, hell we even seen crossteaming And i remember when we were running out of guns and ammo and then i have killed the last 3 guys with a Rake and it was the last defence. after this Half of our base was gone but my friends came back and placed thier base we still remember this after my legendary 1v1 with just a rake.
i have 1.400 hours not and the game may not be as entertaining as it was but i still have nice memories with it.
Most players don't even get to defend their base once, that sounds like an amazing experience. But if I may ask why do you consider Unturned less entertaining now?
@@Strilat It was amazing times for sure, it was so fun when we started playing we would hop on unturned everyday playing even 8 hours pure fun.
But not unturned after 1000 hours started being boring.
Its not as entertaining as it was, now its more of a memory we come back time to time.
And maybe its me but new people quit the game and now there are tryhards and salty people that are shouting racial slurs after they lose

@@Strilat Who knows... What I like about this game is that you still get to raid, even if you're not that good at PVP or even if raid isn't successful.
You still get to blow something up and ruin or worsen someone's day :D
And there's always someone better than you anyway and it might just be you better than someone else, just got to keep trying

i can wipe a team and then HALF OF FKIN CHINA TPA TO THEM i got 670 hrs 500 hrs of it in unturnov im good but they got the numbers and i got limited ammo
and im a loot goblin i take the best loot and can loot half of seatle in a second with the best loot staying in my inv and i will drop useless stuff either it be a hockey stick or my useless teamm8 that has a heart atack the second he sees a guy and then misses everyshot and dome a zombie 5km left and not hit him
At least you are efficient, most loot goblins are greedy.
I cant even play unturnov man, every time i spawn in i get 500 ping and get hosed down by some guy with a pp19😂
i used to play unturnov until i found out that the people who own the server allow people to freely exploit and will save specific people from bans just cause they know them well enough and speak to them.
its also the reason why i try to play full vanilla when possible now with item decay on normal or hard. id go into servers with tpa home and tpa at a player as well as with kits but all this caused was for a team mate to hide behind a tree, copy paste the command drop a spare gun and me to be rushed and killed from a clear exploit. kits were even worse. sometimes kits were not just instant or programmed to be available after each death, but at times u were outright given kits that just made it so unfair. all someone had to do was spawn nearby after constant respawns, spawn a kit with a hawkhound come back and shoot u once to kill u. its moronic. even if it werent guns or melee ud get building mats sleeping bags healing items or late game type items off from spawn. i wont play these sanctum "vanilla" servers because of this.

@@kiconator0979 no cause even then its still OP. for not so good players that happen to get a good chance and run to finally pop players off who out number them, coming back with bows which give off essentially no sound unless ur extremely close to the person with high enough dmg to cause bleeding or for people to go around kos'ing with it makes it basically a p2w asset without the p2w.
and with the cooldown, it doesnt matter either. ive been in servers b4 where cooldowns were a min long or up to 5 mins and all some sneaky player from the team had to do was carefully follow u to wherever ur going even if its ur base, spawn their team who prone camp any exit points or nearby where u are after being at their base grabbing armour and guns and they can just mow u down again with ease and go out their way to camp ur base until they are able to raid u or go full deep. people are sad enough to do this.

I don't actually have experience with RP players, I have never played on any RP server so all I could bring up are rumors I have about them.

Just put alpha valley in map filter when you are searching for servers. There are other maps but they usually don't have players.

actually quite a goat weapon just annoying to make the ammo and gun amd to store about if ur not trying to be a sado making out like ur speedrunning every game in exsistance.
im fairly new and am very friendly... perhaps too friendly. people tend to kill me either way. im bad at pvp. all i want to do is build a base with my friends and lead a quiet life. that never happens lol.

A tip from someone who hasnt played for a few years.. but played a lot back in the day. Everyone is hostile if they are armed, and those who are unarmed be weary of unless you know them lol. Expect everyone to try to kill you eventually.

speaking of planes, me (great with a heli) and an old friend (amazing with a plane) used to have a server together where we had competitions with planes and/or helis for the players, tho.. it was mostly for the moderators :p

6:48 a recent patch actually removed foilage being hidden in the vanilla game so ghille is useful again but well... jungle is still better
We can dream, accept reality. That change didn't make ghillie viable. If anything it made it worse.
10/10, the warzone player would be nice like the player fucking played warzone all his life then goes on pvp normal server and just run and jump everywhere thinking he is in warzone XD
thing is. this IS what most to all multiplayer games and players are jist like now. they no life from 1 game and take it to another and think its not being at all trashy and toxic in other games. its toxic in all in of its self because its always using cheap petty tactics and lowering ur own standards just to fucking win in the 1st place. yet they are the same people to moan when someone more skilled than them puts less effort in to outplaying them. these are usually the last 1% of old school players like myself that still stick by the old playstyles tactics and strats which has a far higher skill lvl bar than modern day skill which is bare minimum and we actually use our brain to be able to outplay ppl not cheap out when it suits the person.

Go out there with a makeshift rifle and a nailgun. That's the giga Chad strat.
nailgun is a no my guy. although under rated and decent, finding or making ammo for it isnt easy as well as using nails for other things is far better than making the ammo for it and i can only really see it being useful with the right attatchment. i used to use rangefinder myself to help judge the range and drop off so i could shoot across a town or hill without a sound being heard but ots better to save it for sentries so the laser is my next best option. 1st person prone with nailgun is like a red dot sight on steroids. only sometimes if it was an early game starting gun would i put a tac light on instead.
The only thing im good at, is sniping be It with an sabertooth or an zubek
When i was playing a lot of people were complaining in chat that zubek is worthless after update.

hi, friendly player here, I love using garbage weapons and helping others while making them smile, and yes, its just pain a lot of the time and am friendly, with a chance, if I gear down, and get shot, I'll have my less friendly teammate bring them down and we'll give them a chance to be friendly, usually leaving all of their stuff in a few wooden crates nearby, but its hard and I love my work though. Never giving it up
i use essentially any gun with ammo i can get a hold of. i dont think most guns are actually that bad except 1 or 2 depending on map and if theres airdrops and kits or not its just how well u can use them and where they are best used situationally.
for instance, i dont think the cobra is such a bad weapon despite its horrid bullet spread and recoil however its an auto pistol meant for close range. with the right attatchments and as long as ur good at sneaking up to players, u can easily mow people down with it np. another 1 is the ace. yes its good dmg wise however rather sluggish fire rate and low ammo and doesnt really have attatchment opportunities. i still make and put the muffler on it because at least it still suppresses the weapon somewhat and i still know how to aim it in 1st person as well. ive often managed to confuse players just long enough with it to kill them with it.
lastly which will get alot of ppl is the paintball gun. ik ik. all round crappy gun i get it. but the modding capabillities tho ppl forget about. i personally like running the makeshift scope and other attatchments but mostly the scope because to me, its the only gun that it suits for as well as not having any scope to begin with. kinda makes sense to add it on ecspecially for its range, good gun to use prone and 1st person just dmg is a major issue. makes it a tad better if u use it for splash dmg on a group of people huddled round one another dropping loot. basically a 3 in 1 and even if u hit 1 directly the splash should sometimes hit the others close enough.
You are a real hero of Unturned Community
Are the single-player/peacefull non-pvp server enjoyers like me so rare? i simply love the scavenging part of unturned but i am absolute garbage at ranged combat without having either a massive range advantage or enough time to spot them before me (which never happens my perception is just as bad as my aim), and thus i simply construct a bunch of stuff in my solo washington base where i have subjugated the military base next to seattle.
Since you asked me I will give you my point of view.
Most players in Unturned are there to sweat in PVP servers or grind with their friends on survival servers.
PVE servers don't really get much attention on RUclips as far as I am aware of, so it wouldn't surprise me if people forgot it even existed. So yeah in my opinion it is very rare.
I also play pve
idm singleplayer myself but i would like to now and again just attack other players. PVE gets boring too quick and singleplayer is too easy against zombies regardless of level just because of their boundry limit and awareness level being so dog.

Nothing more aggravating than 1 v 4 ing and close to wiping them to get killed by 1 hp to their final player
its called get a life. u sweat that hard on a 8 bit blocky styled game. u have no priorities for ur self bro. id understand apex or call of duty but why waste any potential to where it never will matter? i used to be good myself doing 3 on 1s but i werent tryharding for the kills bro. i was always mostly a solo who would pick players off or come up with very good solutions to take out ppl even waiting up to 30mins at some cases dying from thirst and hunger to perfectly kill and time a 3 on 1 kill from milli campers i was about 3ft away from the whole time.
