Why run the oil through a 10 micron filter? Wouldn't it be easier to go directly to the centrifuge after straining through the 400 micron barrel strainer? Yes you will probably have to clean out the centrifuge more than once per batch, but it seems to me that this would be more cost effective than pumping through disposable filters.
