I meditated to this for the 1st time last night. The "buzzing" for lack of a better term started in my sacral and slowly worked it's way up to my crown Chakra. The feelings of bliss and serenity were amazing! Thank you!

Excellent energy sounds for healing etc. but why the commercial breaks that jar us awake? I recommended some of your videos and several people complained of this. I just experienced my first flex seal shouting ad. Not good for sleeping.
It's my favourite tune for meditation and relaxation. It's really hypnotic. I could listen to it for hours. Definitely I will play it whilst I'm working surely will help me to concentrate and remain present and relaxed 😌 thank you 🙏✨️✨️

I love listening to this when i go to sleep it helps me with my pain and discomfort. I find that when i listen to this i wake up feeling more energized and literally feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. I think im gonna play this in my kids room at night to see how they like it. I noticed listening to this in my sleep as a better effect than listening when im woke. 😊
