All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. no I personally think his recipes are very valuable and that’s a main reason people come here but of course cats and elegance is also one of the main reasons
i don't even cook lol
A few important points in the video:
1. Keep the crust thin, since pan heat doesn't reach as far as oven heat.
2. Cook one side first, then flip it and add toppings.
3. Keep the lid on, to keep heat trapped. Otherwise the top side won't cook.
4. Keep the stove heat low, or the bottom will burn.
5. (Bonus: my tip) Yoghurt is used as a substitute for yeast, but this also works with plain old yeast dough. Yoghurt dough also doesn't need to be fermented like yeast dough, so cooking time is lesser.

I tried this for dinner and it was so good! Definitely doing this again. I substituted yoghurt for yeast. But only put a little bit or else your dough will puff up too much like mine did

I just tried it and it was amazingly delicious! Thank you for this recipe, Nino
@Creamy Pasta Actually it was pretty similar to the one you get from the oven. Although the edges were not as crisp/charred like from the oven, the crust itself was crispy outside and soft on the inside. The actual time it took me it was similar to the pizza I usually make in the oven, however it was kind of my fault as I did not prepare all ingredients I wanted to use (mushrooms were not chopped, I was doing that in the meantime, while dough was frying, same as bell peppers and grating cheese), so I'd say with everything prepared beforehand it will take lot less than oven pizza. Especially if you do not want to heat up the whole oven for 1-2 person dinner. I actually used 26cm pan and it was enough of the dough to cover whole bottom of the pan. The crust itself did rise a tiny bit, but not too much so there is no comparison with that airy crust from the oven/pizza place. I liked it though, especially that it was super easy to make - no yeast, no rising, no preheating whole oven and equally delicious!
If you have any more of the questions feel free to ask , but I do highly recommend making this pizza. Great for a last minute dinner and you can put any topping you can think of :)

Does it totally fit in a 26 cm pan and remains thick enough?

@@frostyviv Hi! Yes, I used 26cm pan and it was enough of the dough to hold the toppings nicely, although it did not rise, it was more on the thinner side. Still pretty good at holding up though!
Since that last comment I actually made it two more times, on different pans (22cm and 24cm) and it all depends on what thickness you prefer. I also added some Italian herbs to the dough (I always do that with homemade pizza when using regular yeast dough recipe) and it tasted even better. I also changed the amount of sugar as I found the dough tastes better with less sugar, especially when you add herbs.
Go ahead and experiment a little bit to find the perfect combination. Oh and one more thing - in one attempt I put cheese in the crust and it was amazing idea - highly recommend! :)

Here's a tip, add 100 grams of yogurt instead of 80 grams, the pizza will taste better. 👍

The only thing I ever tried making was 2 ingredients truffle just mixing cocoa powder and condensed milk & i messed it up... The food and kitchen both ended up messy.
P.s. Even though truffle was hard it was damn good ( maybe I'll give it another try)
