Better Nether, Amplified Nether, Incendium, Infernal Expansion and Nether's Delight are One's I have seen and I know they look good, but I've never seen an In-Depth Review of them. The Author of the Bygone Nether Mod also created the It Takes a Pillage Mod that I think you should look at. You'll find Pillager Camps and Bastilles instead of the Normal Outposts.
