Harris trying to capitalize on memes and come off as "fun" should give Gen-Z pause. Seems like a good strategy if you want young people to forget about high prices, high housing costs, and bad job prospects.

@@donacantilloI never argued they cant have fun, my issue is she leans too heavily into projecting fun, emotions, smiles, and speeches where she has the tone of saying something profound without actually being profound. I recently watched the 2020 Dem primary debates again and Harris comes off as very fake and worse she cant give a direct answer to a question. She appeals a lot to emotion, injects personal and third party anecdotes, and is very light on any policy specifics. She doesn't come off as a real person (its no surprise she didnt make the next debate!).

@@donacantillo Youre missing the point, something can be said in a profound way without actually being a profound idea. For instance, "What can be, unburdened by what has been." Harris said this on multiple occasions. It always comes across as ambiguous, contradictory, and a generic campaign slogan rather than anything of substance.
Young voters may have a lot of enthusiasm about Kamala, but not much sense of who she is and what she's done, ( or hasn't done)
Don't worry, she's introducing herself to the voters with lots of positivity.
