That is "maithreem bhajata akhila hridjetreem" sung by M.S Subbalakshmi at the United Natiosn in 1966. This song was composed in sanskrit and given to her for the occassion by Sri Chadrasekhara Saraswati of Kanchi. It is not a prayer, it is more like advice to mankind.
Thank you for your kind response to my question. I looked up the name of this beautiful composition and read the translation of the wise and uplifting lyrics. I listened to three renditions of the song, by the late great M. Subbulakshmi, her two great-granddaughters and Suddha Raghunathan. I was deeply touched and tears came to my eyes. Azhagar Koil Dosa is not prepared on Tawa. Its a deep fried one in pure Ghee. It will be like an appam once get prepared.
Is it curd rice or milk rice

Host, please tie your longgg hair in the cooking area. She is preparing food,prasadam. Why do you let loose your hair? Don't you know how to dress for a particular program? See, each program is different and it demands different styles in dressing pattern,hair styles, the appreciation styles talking styles, even words. Today you are fine,but not ok. Please kindly tie up your hair as a pony tail so that hair doesn't come in the front as sometimes,our hair would fall in the cooking . She does with so much care,delicately handling the cooking. Please tie your hair next.

theinkbrain no sir, if you go to any Hindu temple either in Tamil nadu or Kerala,, that too in Kerala, it is very strict that in madapalli one has to shave all his hairs even in his hands, then, there will be a tuft in the Bach, then what to say about your beard? Think for your self, In commonsense, leave this host, suppose a man with beard or a woman with untied hair is cooking, suppose if the hair comes in contact with the flames unconsciously either gas burner or olden day aduppu, it will harm the person who cooks, only then think of food. In the past there is a reason and logic for everything.
Suppose a piece of hair goes into a dish, and that hair gets into our throat, our throat won't swallow sensing that a foreign particle has come just like the cilia in the nose.
Hence,we have to vommit. ,And that spoils the hunger, the taste and every thing.
Even men with beard are Not allowed in madapalli kitchen. Either they have kudumi or tuft,with clean shaven face and hands and No hairs even in the chest area. Go and see in Guruvayur or Srirangam or anywhere where culture , traditions are still followed. I am not here to mention about the kitchen in your house.
Thank you for the care taken in answering my question in detail. This may be the case in South Indian temples, but in the North Sikhs with beards work in the kitchens of gurudwaras. And even in South India there are restaurants and street-food stalls where the cooks have mustaches and beards. Even on RUclips there are South Indian men demonstrating in cooking videos. If I come across an example I will post the link here.The girl in this video seemed to me to be keeping her distance from the actual food preparation. And by the way, there are no bearded or mustachioed cooks in my kitchen.
