Protein can be from the different food products like grains, nuts, eggs, etc…and I’m sure those are the foods Robert has and eats too. He’s obviously very healthy! Working hard from dawn to dark under sun and rain, walking from forest to market, compared to people who claim to eat “protein” sitting at home typing on Ipad, IPhone like you and me. 😉😆

khi bạn ăn nhửng tai nấm này thì bạn cảm giác thế nào ? còn tui đả dùng qua nhiều loại nấm nhưng tui chỉ thích có mổi nấm mối thôi .loài nấm đó đặc biệt sinh ra trên gò mối. và người đi rừng đả đi hát nó sau cơn mưa đầu mùa rất là ngon và nó được người bán bán giá cao. khi chế biến bạn phải ngâm nhiều nước và rửa nhiều lần cho hết đất cát nha ....chúc bạn ngon miệng ...
