This was the #1 I struggled with in ALL my relationships. Not engaging in women’s arguments and emotions. You can't just go no contact right away. You tell her she has monumentally failed to meet your standards. You tell her about the clear boundaries she violated. Then you go no contact. But while you're no contact you dig real fucking deep and work on those goals you have. You hit the gym. You date other women. You spend time with friends. You get that education or career you wanted. You will have an attitude adjustment in 1-3 months unless she is BPD or full blown NPD. A woman with BPD/NPD will disassociate, forget what actually happened, and rationalize how it's all your fault. She will smear you behind your back and get validation and empathy from people that know nothing about you. She will move onto the next guy who will be a victim of her abuse and the cycle will repeat over and over again. She will end up with no one or with a beta male that has cash that she can abuse everyday. Be thankful you dodged a bullet if this is the case. 😉
