I want to know how much stress is there in Germany for developers as compared to say Bangalore,Gurgaon or Pune. I can say with mine and my friends' personal experience that here in Bangalore,in most of the companies it is very stressful for developers. There are extended working hours,working weekends, micro management, less leaves and very less freedom to learn and explore new technology. Apart from that,the traffic,overcrowding,pollution issues only add to the stress. Can you please make a video on this and is Germany good on these parameters? Or if you can ask about the work-life balance in your interviews, it will be great to know the first hand experience of developers.
