The only one that you could have done was "invest" to power up the ZKC, but given the previous like "sacrificial hero blessed by primordial luck" I think the canon is that you won the Zippy out of a slot machine and used that instead.

okay apparently the new gun in the HQ level scales based on the valuation of your total assets. you can beat him if you have a large amount of holdings. clearly i was neglecting the true cruelty squad experience, which is trading stocks and fishing
@@zogingu Yeah they patched it. You'll have to find the ZKZ and buy a ton of stocks from the stock market. I bought about 300 from different available stocks and that makes the ZKZ an instant kill to about anything including the boss.
Just get the ammo arm attach and spam deadly gas at him from out of aggro range cause the auto ammo regen time is perfectly synced to the reload animation of the riot pacifier
LIFE might be breaking the fourth wall, telling the player(s) not to waste their life in the real world. Alternate interpretations are viable, however.
I thought that the NPC speech in this was just jibberish akin to how NPCs in banjo kazooie speak, but it actually sounds like TTS ran through some sort of filter, like you can acrually make out some of the words people speak in cruelty squad Or maybe I am crazy?
it's some sort of TTS, you can tell when you have people going 'AAAAAAAAAA'. My guess is it's a TTS in like finnish or something trying to read english with some stuff on top
It seems like English spoken with a very deep Finnish accent, maybe not even trying to pronounce syllables correctly. Also, when you make an NPC say the same line over and over again, the voice is slightly different every time. I think the voices are actually pure recordings being fucked with in real-time using the game engine
Honestly this ending is quite inspiring, especially once you understand the 3rd ending. Life still has meaning in our world at least until some weird dystopia happens.

It's kinda complex. First you need Cursed mode active and get the "Death HP" which is on the first level. Then go to the HQ and open the cursed door then beat the boss. Pro tip, start with the fishing rod and the New implant in the HQ. He's beatable. I promise. Oh yeah there's also a new weapon in the HQ too. Good luck.
@@AnotherJman get the cursed flashlight and equip it, or go to the secret room behind the vents in HQ and touch the dark orb turns your HUD blue and makes the game way harder by increasing damage done to you and putting extra targets in most levels, as well as increases chances of rare enemies spawning, but it opens up new areas
