Primer, Monsters, The man from Earth, Under the skin, Chronicle, Safety not guaranteed, Another Earth, and one of my favourite ever...Skyline. All of these movies are very much worth watching, all low budget and all better than most of the constant stream of soulless blockbuster offerings.
I liked this Safety not Guaranteed movie, I would have changed one minute of it. When he was doing the suduko(?), crossword(?), I would have had him fill it in from left to right line by line. What do you think?@user-og6mp3sn9r
The Thirteenth Floor. It kind of got lost in the glow of The Matrix, but it is a real mind bender. Time Lapse. For sure. And the absolute gem, Coherence.
Hi Marianna, my hidden gems are 1. Beyond the infinite two minutes: really enjoyable and funny 2. Spring: Love is a monster: scifi with fantasy elements 3. Settlers: More of an arthouse scifi movie, but I really liked the exploration of the human conditions of people, who live on another planet You should definitely check them out 😊
I just want to mention Event Horizon as another very underrated sci-fi horror gem I've watched recently. Not without its flaws, it's still a pretty crazy ride.
Some suggestions I have for underappreciated sci-fi films are "Another Earth" with Britt Marling and "Archive" with Theo James. These are 2 films that are masterfully carried by their respective leads.
I'm a huge fan of Coherence (2013) and The Man From Earth (2007). Both are very low budget but have fascinating premises and are extremely engrossing imo. Highly recommend both if you haven't seen them
You probably have watched it, the South Korean movie "The Call" (2020). A mixture of few genres really. Along with Sci-fi, you get thriller/horror. But for really obscure ones: ARQ (2016). Not the greatest movie, but a very solid time loop (I dig those), and a Japanese movie Tag (2015): This one very hard to describe, lol. The Japanese/Korean movies always fascinate me with their utter weirdness. Again, it is not amazing or something, but I think it is worth a watch.
I watched Strange Days in the cinema when I was probably too young to watch it and it's still one of my favorite Sci-Fi films of all time. Oozes with atmosphere and tension. Very happy to see it mentioned!
The opening to Strange Days with almost peerless steadycam work was so innovative for it's time and many of the concepts of the movie were also ahead of it's time unless you were William Gibson fan. The cast was amazing with the recently deceased Tom Sizemore giving a career best performance. And as Marianne has warned her viewers, Strange Days has by far one of the most disturbing scenes in film history. On a surface level, it's really disturbing. But if one thinks about it using a virtual reality mindset, it's absolutely horrifying and sick and the scene probably killed it's box office potential. And I did see this one in the theaters twice during it's brief run.
If you haven't seen Predestination, I can confidently tell you that something happens in this movie that you've never seen, or contemplated before. And as you see it coming, you'll be in disbelief. This movie kept me up at night in a good way, trying to unravel the incredible story.
Aniara is a good one. Has some pretty difficult themes and I think the recently cancelled Avenue 5 HBO series was a satirical take on the very serious of Aniara.
Great video! Made me realize I need to expand my sci fi viewing quite a bit! A lot of my favorites tend to be the classics like 2001, Solaris, They Live, etc. I’ll recommend a couple that I think are pretty underrated. Repo Man (1984): The tone of it is pretty different from most of what you recommended, as it’s a comedy. But the humor in it is really off kilter and specific, which for me is refreshing for ‘80s movies. The sci fi bit is more secondary to hanging out with the characters but it’s fun. From Beyond (1986): Maybe a bit more horror than sci fi, but the science is more emphasized than Gordon’s other similar film, Re-Animator. I know you weren’t a fan of that one, but the tone of this one is a lot more serious/existential and less overtly comedic. I like it a lot more for that reason. Great Lovecraft adaptation. Color Out of Space (2019): Underrated Lovecraft movie I think. Again, the execution is more horror, but I love the sci fi ideas in this. To me it’s way more interesting for aliens to be this bizarre, incomprehensible trip experience than intelligent humanoid life forms. It’s got a crazy Mega Cage performance so it may not be for everyone, but I love it enough that I own it on blu ray.
Didn’t include it because I felt like categorising it as sci-fi is a spoiler, but I love that movie! Maybe I’ll make one of these videos about underrated horror and I can talk about it there))
No disrespect but triangle was just.... okay. And properly scored as not... a master piece. But I will say that Melissa George is an all time femme fatale 😊
@@Lifesizemortal uh NO you said it was an Underrated Masterpiece. Re-read your comment. I feel like it also is a Masterpiece, but you did call it a Masterpiece.
Time Lapse (2014) is a good blend of science fiction and noir. And I always recommend a Dutch movie called Polder, which is one of the best "everything's melting" movies ever made.
It's not a movie but is a limited run series. "Dark" is FANTASTIC and mind bending. It involves time travel and time loops that are handled superbly, complete with all the paradoxes they cause.
I don't know if it would qualify as SciFi, but one of my favorite movies is "Perfect Sense" with Ewan McGregor and Eva Green. It's about a virus that causes people to lose their senses. It poses some very deep questions when you really think about it. A show I just discovered (not SciFi related) on Prime but was made in 2019, is called "Too Old to Die Young." It's directed by the same guy who made "Drive," with Ryan Gosling. VERY slow paced show with minimal dialog, but it has some beautiful cinematography and music. Definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but based on your reviews of other films and series, I think you would appreciate it. It reminded me a lot of the "No Country for Old Men" type of storytelling and ending.
I think "Perfect Sense" definitely qualifies as sci-fi! It wasn't streaming anywhere when I was making the list so I couldn't include it, but I agree, it's a very under-appreciated film.
@@ImpressionBlend I just watched "Little Fish" tonight, based on your recommendations here. EXCELLENT film! It was so moving and so beautifully done. Some of the lines were so deep. I'd never heard of it before, so thank you for putting it on the list. Looking forward to watching your other recommendations this weekend.
Great list... a few I haven't seen yet. And you're right, Predestination is amazing. You should check out "Coherence" and "Primer" if you haven't seen them.
Just watched a similar video on an another channel earlier today which, I’m sure, is why the algorithm suggested yours later on… Kudos. Yours was much better. Though both contained in my opinion great sci-fi movies, yours were clearly more “underrated” whereas the other contained fairly well known films. Oh and Predestination- SO GOOD. Thank you. Please keep it coming.
Thank you for the list and thank you for including Strange Days - it's a stupidly good film and it's completely beyond my understanding how it isn't a cult classic nowadays (or maybe it is but for a very small part of the general audience). As for the other underappreciated movies I'd like to propose two more cyberpunk films. Both of them are obcectively not that good, but very atmospheric and somehow I have a soft spot for them. First one is Johnny Mnemonic (1995) with Keanu Reeves, based on the short story by William Gibson, who's the father of the entire cyberpunk genre. Second one is The Gene Generation (2007), a low-budget production based on a comic book, starring Bai Ling. I also have to mention Hardware (1990, sometimes known as MARK 13) - a sci-fi horror about a killing robot with Stacey Travis, Dylan McDermott and some great music.
I saw Predastination the second time and it is amazing how I knew everything and the time still flew so fast I did not even notice its the ending already. Amazing movie. Not the typical cliche superhero stories. Propably thats why its underrated.
i agree with the others who suggested COHERENCE. all you need to know: adults at a dinner party on an evening when a comet is traveling overhead - everything else is best discovered, just like the characters.
What a list Marianna! I've seen all of the recommended films with the exception of the two from the 90's (but will probably fix that soon!). Can I just add one to list that I absolutely cannot get tired of recommending it? Let's add Triangle please. :)
I’m a big fan of “Triangle” actually! I hesitate to include it with sci-fi because I feel like that’s a spoiler? But I would definitely put it on an underrated horror list!
Can't say much about this very underrated film without spoiling it. Watched if for free on YT a few years ago, expecting it to be worth just about that much--free--but was hugely impressed. Have watched it three times. Ran a googs on top flicks of 2009 (to remind me) and found four for sure better. LSS, "Triangle" is in my top 10 for its year.
A really insightful, enthusiastic and well-presented video; you just earned a subscriber. :) Oxygen was one of my favourite films of 2021, and Melanie Laurent deserved an Oscar nomination. Predestination is an outstanding film, and this and the Spanish thriller Timecrimes are my two favourite time travel movies. Incidentally, Sarah Snook is one of my top picks to play the Doctor (and she'd be the first Australian actor to play the Doctor). 🤞
Oxygen is fantastic, ingenious. Last and First Men is incredible in its cerebral reach. If you savored Arrival, for example, you'll probably dig this astonishing work.
Such a great list and so many wonderful recommendations in the comments. Will have to come back to this video so many times bcoz i have only watched Oxygen. My recommendation is The man from earth(2007)!
I completely agree with everything you said about Predestination. I always mention it to people and they have no idea what it is. It's such a great film and even better on re-watch!
Predestination is definitely the best movie in this list. After 60 years of watching scifi movies, it is the best time travel movie I have ever seen. It turns the paradoxes inside out again, and again, and again...and again. It is the ultimate mind (i'll clean this up.) twister movie. It is also one of the few movies that actually improves on the source material. Don't let anyone give you spoilers. You have to let the details unfold, then watch it again to make srue you caught everything.
Fantastic video - you sniped a few of my favorite underrated sci-fi (Predestination, Prospect, Vast of the Nigh, and Little Fish - just saw this a week ago - speechless), and added some new ones to the list. Some extremely under the radar sci-fi that I have to recommend: -Advantageous: simplistic, futuristic sci-fi that examines the increasing impact of age & beauty in society/career, and drastics steps to be taken to keep up. A simple, slow moving film, but nonetheless gripping. -The Endless: sometimes the lower budget shows, but I find it strikes a perfect tone in weaving together death cult horror, monster feature, and central sci-fi elements. I simply love it. -Marjorie Prime: another extremely minimalistic sci-fi feature that examines relationships, past and present, memories, and how therapeutic, robotic replacements of loved ones could impact our lives. -Mr. Nobody: One of the more moving, sweeping looks at life, past, future, alternative realities. Beautiful film. Other titles you've almost certainly heard mention of, but want to throw a nod to in case you haven't seen them yet: -Primer -Twelve Monkeys -Space Sweepers (May have seen a call-out on one of your videos, but just in case I'm misremembering) -The Lobster Thanks again for a fantastic video! I skipped the segment on Mirage and added it straight to my watchlist (generally my response to a time travel recommendation) and am extremly intrigued by Last and First Men - no idea if I'll like it, but looking forward to giving that a try!
Fantastic list. Little Fish was my favorite film from that year. Personal, real. Great chemistry between the leads. Makes you want to grab your loved one and not let go.
Ok, I'm about to work my way through all of these because they all sound fantastic. (Minus The Faculty because I used to watch the heck outta that one already 😅)
Thanks Marianna. Another quality list. And thanks for the Faculty, which I must confessed to watched far too many times. And then there's Strange Days, which I saw on one of the largest screens in New York City. And it really put that projection to work. Vast of Night seems to be calling to me. By the way I want to send you a rare one of kind ultra-mysterious Polish horror film from the creaky past. But before I do I need to know if you have a region free Blu Ray player. Well do you?
LOVE lists like this. Thank you for helping me discover the joy of The Faculty. I had no idea that movie existed. And Predestination was definitely a mind-blow! Looking forward to a few others on this list too! I had only seen 3!
Some of my favorite under-rated scifi movies; The 13th Floor, Yesterday, and A Map of Tiny Perfect Things. The last two aren't as deep as your recommendations. But they are fun and interesting IMO. For non scifi, I really enjoy Matchstick Men which is wildly under rated.
You got a new subscriber for the Predestination suggestion. That film hits! I'm pretty sure you've seen my suggestion - Upgrade (2018). It's another film done well on a small budget.
Love all the films you listed. ❤😊 Especially Prospect, Oxygen and Strange Days. 😊 I will definitely watch Last and first Men and Vast of Nigh. I've never seen them. 😉 Maybe you should check out Dark City, The Clone returns home or City of the lost Children. ❤ Greetings from Germany. 😊
Thank you. I like your choices and have only not seen Prospect, so thanks for the heads up. Since you includes Oxygen, I would also suggest having a look at Meander, a little seen French Sci-Fi film.
I've only seen Oxygen from this list but I loved it! I thought the mystery element added in was super intriguing, and the major twist gave me a bit of existential dread. Other underrated sci-fi's for me would be Dual (2022), Strawberry Mansion (2021), Viking (2022), and Aniara (2018).
I'm gonna check "The Vast of the Night", looks like La Paradoja de Antares (The Antares Paradox) which is another Spanish sci-fi low budget movie that I really enjoyed.
loved last and first men! next to that one i only saw the vast of night. when you talked about and showed mirage, i had to cry. don't know what that means, but i'll watch it! on the topic of time travel, Primer (2004) impressed me a lot. would love to know what you think about this one.
Yes you saved the best for last, Marianna! When I first saw that film was confused but as it went on I was mesmerized. Also I like Prospect and Oxygen. For a long time I heard of Strange days and recently saw it listed on HBO. Will be watching it tonight. Awesome recommends!!
Prospect is excellent! I first heard about it from a friend who got to see it in a theater in 2018, but it wasn’t out anywhere where I lived. It was fantastically shot.
I would like to recommend a film i recently watched on netflix, wesper, i loved the cinematography and the strange beautiful other worldly feeling of it, and the protagonist`s personality reminded me so much of Ellie from TLOU the game
Thanks for these suggestions. I have seen "Prospect" and "Oxygen". Both excellent films. It's good to find a channel - new to me - for movie reviews, etc. So, I have subscribed. I also noticed other videos on your channel that I will watch after this. Great work.
Dios Mio! Mirage was an absolute ride. I wouldn't put it ahead of its cinematic compatriot Time Crimes, but it did not disappoint. Although I was half expecting the body in the suitcase at the end to be the boy. Tragic endings is my jam.
Great list, Marianna. Faculty is childhood - great staple of the genre and one of the Robert's best . Predestination is truly mind-banding. Sarah Snook is great in this, sad she doesn't have a decent career after this. And Strange days one of the bleakest movies in sci-fi history. I would add Perfect Sense (2011) Movie about global pandemic, where people are start loosing their scenses. But which is more important than others? Also, Daybreakers is interesting sci-fi spin with supernatural speciesies (from directors of Predestination)
1:48 "Do you have friends or lived ones that are important to your life?" Yeah, that's kinda the definition of friends or loved ones. You might as well ask if we have mitochondria important to our cells.
I agree with Oxygen and Predestination! Very underrated for some reason. Here are some more recent ones: After Yang (2022) Underwater (2020) Ad Astra (2019) Snowpiercer (2013) Dredd (2012) Chronicle (2012) Looper (2012) Source Code (2011) Monsters (2010) Mr Nobody (2009) I could literally go on forever...
"Predestination" is indeed criminally under-rated. I couldn't recommend it enough myself to anybody liking sci-fi/ time travel stories. And the less you know about it, the better.
... predestination is massively good. I thought coherence was also extremely entertaining. Kept me thinking much after the fact. You mentioned oxygen being a one location movie. I have recently watched a few one location films that I found quite good - break, freezer, and flipped.
I love Gattaca. Doesn’t seem to be streaming anywhere right now (free). I own that movie though. Recently heard they’re doing a series based off the film…? 😮 That movie is my favorite sci-fi film. Hands down.
Your recommendations are always excellent! i often save the tab to refer back to when i need something to watch and i am not disappointed when i watch!
how on earth I didn't know your channel before? as someone who watches too many movies to the point I don't have anything more to watch I found your channel to be the best movie suggestions channel in here
@@ImpressionBlend Also, thanks for mentioning "Last and First Men" - I was born and I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina (part of former Yugoslavia) and these monuments from our neighbourhood are just something that everyone needs to see (and feel!) - such a perfect way to capture them for the eternity by Jóhann Jóhannsson, I hope that more people will see the movie now (and also read the book by Olaf Stapledon) :) I have recently visited one of the monuments from the film: The Battle of Sutjeska Memorial Monument Complex in the Valley of Heroes (📍Tjentište, village and a valley in Bosnia and Herzegovina) - RUclips doesn't allow links in comments, I would love to show you some of the photos I took - it is truly magical and I encourage everyone to visit any of them, it truly is something else! (: We are from the future :) ^^ Thanks again, and happy weekend! xx
Another series (not a movie) in this genre is Invisible City. It is a Brazilian series and the english dub was not so bad, but it is an incredible story
Happy to see Strange Days mentioned. I was one of the only people I knew who saw it. It also reminded me of The Thirteenth Floor which also seems to be forgotten.
I had seen 2/3rds of this list already (which is to be expected by those of us hunting for the gems) but I was happy to see a few selections on this list I had NOT seen before or was concerned it wasn't worth the investment. But now I will give those few a shot. Thanks. I liked the vid and hope to see more videos by you that show some good digging. 😊
Strange days is really really good! As is vast of night! Freaks was also a big suprise. Seen most on this list ..but you gave me a couple of new to check out! Thank you!
I'm always excited when you talk about Sci-Fi!! I got deja vu because I was sure you've made videos about some of these before. You confirmed that but I guess they are still underrated. Streaming rights are weird outside of the U.S. We don't get Hulu in Canada so I have to figure out where to find them Thanks for the recommendations! Yes, Bigelow is so underrated for her direction of action scenes. I'd like see more movies from her, too.
Virtual Revolution superficially looks like a Blade Runner knockoff, but it's not. It surprised me, I thought it would be a bad video game adaptation, but it's actually a cyberpunk noir movie that punches way above its budget limitations to deliver a film about the harshness of reality.
Predestination is a marvel. As you said, even better on 2nd, 3rd, 4th viewing. Almost every seemingly "throw away" line is a brilliant clue to the truth. (Now 1 year after your video, it is streaming on Prime video)
I did watch Predestination based on a previous video where you had recommended it. It was very good! Thank you for that. Now I need to check out these others. 😊

The Quiet Earth, a 1985 film from New Zealand. Great little movie. The main actor is fantastic, and the ending is one of the best in Sci-Fi.

I'm so ecstatic to see Prospect made this list. Its an incredible sci fi movie that needs way more love and attention. It truly deserves it.
I have owned that one for a while. They did so much with so little. Absolutely outstanding.
I really liked Vast of Night. It's like a really well done student film with a slightly bigger budget.
it's so cool to see how they used their budgetary limitations creatively and actually made as awesome sci-fi movie!

i agree with the others who suggested COHERENCE. all you need to know: adults at a dinner party on an evening when a comet is traveling overhead - everything else is best discovered, just like the characters.
Awesome list! Predestination blew my mind!!
Thank you! Same here, “Predestination” is insane!
A really insightful, enthusiastic and well-presented video; you just earned a subscriber. :)
Oxygen was one of my favourite films of 2021, and Melanie Laurent deserved an Oscar nomination. Predestination is an outstanding film, and this and the Spanish thriller Timecrimes are my two favourite time travel movies.
Incidentally, Sarah Snook is one of my top picks to play the Doctor (and she'd be the first Australian actor to play the Doctor). 🤞
Coherence with Nicholas Brendan (Xander from Buffy)
"Coherence" is such a mind-bender!
Vast of night is beautiful. I was hooked. It really makes you want to make movies
Oxygen is fantastic, ingenious.
Last and First Men is incredible in its cerebral reach.
If you savored Arrival, for example, you'll probably
dig this astonishing work.
Such a great list and so many wonderful recommendations in the comments.
Will have to come back to this video so many times bcoz i have only watched Oxygen.
My recommendation is The man from earth(2007)!
Another Earth with Britt Marling is an underrated gem.
Agreed!
I completely agree with everything you said about Predestination. I always mention it to people and they have no idea what it is. It's such a great film and even better on re-watch!
This blows my mind! It's such a fun and well-made film, it should be way more popular than it is
Predestination is definitely the best movie in this list.
Try a time travel film called Time lapse. It's got a Shallow grave sort of twist to it. It's a little gem, trust me you will pleasantly surprised.
Fantastic video - you sniped a few of my favorite underrated sci-fi (Predestination, Prospect, Vast of the Nigh, and Little Fish - just saw this a week ago - speechless), and added some new ones to the list.
Some extremely under the radar sci-fi that I have to recommend:
-Advantageous: simplistic, futuristic sci-fi that examines the increasing impact of age & beauty in society/career, and drastics steps to be taken to keep up.
Other titles you've almost certainly heard mention of, but want to throw a nod to in case you haven't seen them yet:
-Primer
-Twelve Monkeys
-Space Sweepers (May have seen a call-out on one of your videos, but just in case I'm misremembering)
-The Lobster
Thanks again for a fantastic video!
Predestination is magnificent! I read the original Heinlein story years ago and this is a truly wonderful interpretation of that work.
I remember seeing Strange Days in the cinemas. It felt weird, but with so many qualities.
Ok, I'm about to work my way through all of these because they all sound fantastic. (Minus The Faculty because I used to watch the heck outta that one already 😅)
Have fun!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the list! Unfortunately my blu-ray player is not region-free. I plan on upgrading at some point, but not yet.
You are a hidden gem. You should have way more subscribers
LOVE lists like this. Thank you for helping me discover the joy of The Faculty. I had no idea that movie existed. And Predestination was definitely a mind-blow! Looking forward to a few others on this list too! I had only seen 3!
I’m glad you enjoyed!
Thanks! I had begun watching Predestination but forgot to finish it; so I just did.
You got a new subscriber for the Predestination suggestion. That film hits! I'm pretty sure you've seen my suggestion - Upgrade (2018). It's another film done well on a small budget.
Maybe a bit of a stretch to call it sci fi but Blindness with Julianne Moore.
Coherence is probably the best sci fi I've seen in years.
"Blindness" absolutely is sci-fi - I would say post-apocalyptic movies are sci-fi by definition.
"Freaks" is the little movie that could...
be a film. It made my top 15 of the decade. Yep. It's that good.
Love all the films you listed. ❤😊 Especially Prospect, Oxygen and Strange Days. 😊
I will definitely watch Last and first Men and Vast of Nigh. I've never seen them. 😉
Maybe you should check out Dark City, The Clone returns home or City of the lost Children. ❤ Greetings from Germany. 😊
"Dark City" is actually one of my favorite movies! Will definitely check out the other two, thanks for the recommendations!
@@ImpressionBlend You're welcome. 😉 You'll love City of the lost Children. It's from the director Jean-Pierre Jeunet with Ron Perlman.
“Oxygen” is great! Hope you check out and enjoy a few more of these)) and thank you for the recommendations!
I'm gonna check "The Vast of the Night", looks like La Paradoja de Antares (The Antares Paradox) which is another Spanish sci-fi low budget movie that I really enjoyed.
Thought I was the only one who loved Prediction. Thanks for putting it on this list.
loved last and first men! next to that one i only saw the vast of night.
when you talked about and showed mirage, i had to cry. don't know what that means, but i'll watch it!
on the topic of time travel, Primer (2004) impressed me a lot. would love to know what you think about this one.
Yes you saved the best for last, Marianna! When I first saw that film was confused but as it went on I was mesmerized. Also I like Prospect and Oxygen. For a long time I heard of Strange days and recently saw it listed on HBO. Will be watching it tonight. Awesome recommends!!
Enjoy!!
Great work.
Predestination is one of my favorite movies. I never figured they could turn that story into a movie, but they did, and it's great.
1:48 "Do you have friends or lived ones that are important to your life?"
Yeah, that's kinda the definition of friends or loved ones. You might as well ask if we have mitochondria important to our cells.
I agree with Oxygen and Predestination! Very underrated for some reason.
Here are some more recent ones:
After Yang (2022)
Underwater (2020)
Ad Astra (2019)
Snowpiercer (2013)
Dredd (2012)
Chronicle (2012)
Looper (2012)
Source Code (2011)
Monsters (2010)
Mr Nobody (2009)
I could literally go on forever...
Similar subjects explored in these two: "The Man who Fell to Earth" (David Bowie as an alien), and "Starman" with Jeff Bridges.
I saw Oxygen. Hard agree! A wonderful, delightful suprise of a movie.
"Predestination" is indeed criminally under-rated. I couldn't recommend it enough myself to anybody liking sci-fi/ time travel stories. And the less you know about it, the better.
Forgot my #1 pick for underrated, Minrity report. I've seen 3 Sci-fi movies more than 10 times, 2001 , Blade runner and Minority report.
Opened up with Little Fish and Prospect? Not messing around! Low budget SciFi is my absolute jam.
... I watched anti-matter on Tubi and was very pleasantly surprised.
Amazing! I have only watched Predestination in this list. Excited to go through these!
At First Light, and Time Trap, are little known, and surprisingly good.
... predestination is massively good.
Hands down.
Same here, “Gattaca” is amazing!
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is one of my favorite films and Little Fish is amazing👍
As soon as you said "limited budget" I knew exactly which film you were about to recommend.
strange days is AWESOME... i watched a long time ago and didnt remember it's name until now. 10/10
Your recommendations are always excellent! i often save the tab to refer back to when i need something to watch and i am not disappointed when i watch!
Thank you! I'm always happy to help add more movies to your watchlist))
You may have seen it and talked about it already, but Another Earth is a hidden gem.
triangle (2009 movie with melissa george) is rewatchable as predestination
Is not on any streaming platform (I think), but COHERENCE it's a sci-fi low budget gem!
I just finished watching predestination and OMG how come nobody is talking about this movie it’s great. Thank you for recommending it 😊
I'm so glad you loved it!
how on earth I didn't know your channel before? as someone who watches too many movies to the point I don't have anything more to watch I found your channel to be the best movie suggestions channel in here
Well I’m glad you found me! Always happy to add more movies to your watchlist))
You are spot on about Predestination. It is in my personal top ten of all time.
I was JUST looking for some underrated sci-fi gems to stream this weekend - and here you are! Thanks, your videos are always a treat! ^^
Well I’m happy to help!!
Great picks. Thinking about watching Little Fish, Oxygen (Netflix),Predestination, Strange Days, and Prospect 👀👀
The only one I’ve seen in the list is Strange Days. Excited to check out the rest. Thanks!
Strange days is really really good! As is vast of night! Freaks was also a big suprise. Seen most on this list ..but you gave me a couple of new to check out! Thank you!
Hope you enjoy!
This is great getting sci-fi movie recommendations from Jessica 6!
