For what? Actually making a legitimate Halloween movie? They were the last ones to even TRY...Since '89, they've given the audience a cult, and rappers, and Zombie's white trash remakes, and reality tv, and-God help us-Jamie Lee coming back time and again, looking uglier with each successive film...one movie even deliberately expanded the role of Busta Rhymes...just having him in the movie wasn't enough...they had to make him the central figure...The apology should be for the detour they took AFTER making Halloween 5. They haven't made a respectable movie since.
Yes! You're so right about Debra Hill! She recommended him to kill the franchise, on account she was salty that Moustapha turned down her and John's pitch for Halloween 4. Sorry Debra but you can't always have your way in life!
Dominique said he killed off Rachel because her innocence had to be punished. What a heartless bastard! He also said he knew it would piss fans off, and he did it ANYWAY! WTF?!!
not turning Jaimie into a killer and her foster mother surviving was the only right decision they did in this movie and i don´t have a problem with Jaimie telekenisis powers and i don´t hate Jaimie being mute her being mute is because of her trauma
What they should have done is have Michael return and break Jamie out of the nut house and have him try to encourage Jamie to be a killer and also have Michael teaching Jamie to be a killer like himself. Similar to what they tried in Ends but have Myers in the whole film and have him take Jamie around taking out victims in the town around Halloween while Myers tries to encourage and teach her how to kill. You can have Jamie kill someone but also feel conflicted about it have her kill some people who are bullies of her while she was in the nut house. Have Rachels character be the one searching for Jamie to try to save her end the film with Jamie refusing to kill Rachel instead stabbing Michael and have Michael amd Jamie die together and have Rachel be the survivor of 5.
He didn't use the kid as a shield. Not even close. Some people claim he used her as bait, but that's not the case. So long as Michael was alive, she WAS bait, whatever Loomis did or didn't do. But this way allowed him to claim some autonomy over the where and the when...He wasn't remotely psychotic. Sure, he was more forceful and intense....but when push came to shove, he was still the same hero he had always been. He placed himself between Jamie and Michael Myers on THREE separate occasions.
i don´t get it you hate what happened to Jaimie in 6 but you would be okay if she did became a killer and die like a villain i don´t like what happened to her but her becoming a killer and dying like a villain would have been just as bad
4 is cool just extremely overrated. Ok Jamie a killer now a 4 ft 12 yo girl is the new killer lol that’ll break box office numbers. 5 is over hated. They killed Rachel which was blasphemous. And the cops were hilarious. But I don’t hate it.
The correct path would be to make Jamie Michaels sidekick and have Michael trying to make her a killer and teach her how to kill. Similar to what they tried in Halloween Ends but have Michael in the whole film going around with Jamie's character trying to make her into a killer like himself and possibly end the film with Jamie finally deciding she doesn't want to kill and taking herself out along with Myers character. I think this approach would make for a strong sequel to Halloween 4.
Halloween 5 is a Comedy Masterpiece 😂
Halloween 4 is my favorite. This one is ok. I dont hate it and still watch it here and there. I like it more than the remakes.
I'm working on a H5 fan edit called "The Rachel Carruthers Cut". Cause she deserved a much bigger role.
The making of should just be one long apology 😂
Exactly.

@@tgriffin3059 Doesn't make 5 less terrible and rushed out. But each to their own.
From Dominique yeah! But sadly he doesn't regret a damn thing!

I made a video where Rachel came back to life a few days later. Same with Jamie in H6.
The dark-haired cop Frankie Como played a much more compentent character on "Alex Mack".
Dominique said he killed off Rachel because her innocence had to be punished. What a heartless bastard! He also said he knew it would piss fans off, and he did it ANYWAY! WTF?!!
To think we could have gotten "H5:The Killer Inside Me" instead!

Ellie's the best!
The only thing Samantha had going for her is her looks.
Billy stutters because his parents died. That's what the novelization says.
There's a novelization 😮😮😮😮
@@KaristaSwiss Afraid so

Moustapha let Dominique get away with WAY TOO MUCH!
What Debra Hill did was evil and selfish!!
Dominique is NOT a nice guy! It's all an act!
Ellie should have said no to this shit. The movie, not the documentary.
Pleasence is a psycho in this and completely out of character. He wouldn't have used a little girl as a human shield. WTF, Dominic Oatmeal Jerkoff?!

Who says she had to 'die like a villain'? How do you know there wouldn't be some kinda ritual/exorcism to get the evil out of her?
