I truly hope that no one has to go through harassment like this. But, if you are getting harassed like this there are many legal ways to reduce it. Begin with No Trespassing signs. If they are ignored you can get a restraining order. People like this need to be shown their limitations. You would be amazed how quickly they run from the light.
