I am 75 and not technical . I bought one of these then found I needed an android phone so bought a Samsung Galaxy A21s phone and downloaded both iprint and funprint application software but neither works . CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ? Thanks .

No you can't use any paper instead of that paper because that is thermal paper when you heat the paper will change its colour.
