I love you, Nina! You are my mentor. I felt ashamed and uncomfortable during this because I know the root cause of my self-suffering and I am allowing it to hurt me by repeating toxic and unhealthy patterns. My relationship with food has always been a problem with my digestion but I still digest foods that I am intolerant too. Is this holding me back. I am keeping myself back. And this all comes back to loving myself. And having conditional love for myself. I am putting unnecessary stress on myself by overdoing by pleasing others and satsisfying people's expectations. My addiction to caffeine/coffee feeling that high is detrimental to my health because it's blinding my natural flow rhythm of feeling slowed down, the less busy. So if I remove coffee and all these addictions I get closer to my self-love and natural authentic way of being. it is really hard to reprogram and recondition but watching your videos it's is a boost of encouragement that I am not alone in this messy transition and the fact that I am awakened and aware of my mortality. I need to purge this old self to be rebirth into the Dominique I was born to be.
