OMG - This happened to me New years 2am. Massive change in removing limiting belief and removing the sunglasses during a meditation. Don't ask why i was meditating 2am in the morning I just was . And life is so different I see things so clearly and for what it is and have a new sense of expansion, freedom and really see the fun in life. It really is a game we are in. I have been feeling very overwhelming with all the signs I'm aware of and I'm feeling draining since last year November. However, I come to understand everything happened for a reason in order for me to acknowledge that part of me ,which I have been neglected for the sake of adhering to those external noises. I am feeling exactly what you've mentioned, the transition between 'acceptance' and 'rejection' of my own voices, and its rather mental torturing, until I watch this video and it gives me confidence that I am on the right track. I just have to push out all those things that do not belong to me and doesn't serve me at all, or I would sacrifice my self-esteem in the long run. Thank you Nina!
