Man, dexcore is the type of band that doesn't have a bad song in their discography, also i recommend reacting to "the light" by them for the next round.
Fun to see at least one reaction to Sailing Before The Wind, its a really good Melodic Metalcore band, sadly not many reacts to their songs. Its always the 3-4 same Japanese bands that get the reactions, where there are easily 40+ bands that are same good or even better.
Lets go Dexcore! Hard to say which song for round 2. Id go with "the light" then "earthworm" for the championship round. Really like Jiluka as well, so id go "Kumari" round 2 and "Ablaze" for the championship. Just my thoughts. Both of these bands have changed their sounds over the years, but all iterations have bangers.

Great video guys yea the thing to get used to for visual kei, like i said in my other comment, these Japanese bands under this sub genre is that its like there version of glam metal just up a notch wear they wear crazy outfits almost anime like outfits and wear a bunch of crazy make up to another thing to is there is alot of cross dressing in this genre so some do who make look female are actually males so have guessing that part lol 😆 when you go farther into visual kei im still totally not a 100% sure what classifying as a band being visual kei or just a regular Japanese band but this what google saids a bands' emphasis on aesthetics, particularly their fashion and use of makeup …
@SuperMetalBrosPodcast yea, it's definitely super interesting to learn about it mostly comes from our glam metal combine with the Japanese kabuki theater arts but in music xD the major band to break through and is a major influence for what metal/rock is today is a 1980s rock band called X japan they were the first major success at viusal kei and bring metal/rock to japan
One Step Over by Sailing Before The Wind is one of their very few songs that are not so good. They have many way better songs like Drift Apart, Inferno, Nothern Wings that can easily compete with Dexcore in my opinion. One Step Over just doesn't fully represent what the band really is and it's quite unfortunate you guys picked One Step Over out of all the songs to compare with Dexcore 😅
Dexcore Savior is one of their very strong songs like Brainwashing, The Light etc. However, not all of their songs are at that level though, they have a lot of songs that are pretty "meh" in my opinion especially in their "metempsychosis" album as well as some other not so good singles. So consistency wise, Sailing Before The Wind wins cos I so far could only count 3 songs that aren't so good by them (One Step Over, Breath Of Air and Illuminator)

All of Dexcore's songs are wild and unpredictable. They are really something else. Worth going through their entire discography 🔥

Dexcore next round should be 'Earthworm', trust me. Pick that one. If not, maybe 'Dragout' or 'Brainwashing'. Fantastic band.
