Wmata Metrobus 2006 New Flyer D40LFR Compilation 2!!!!

Here’s a video of these iconic buses that still are active running to this day, the best diesels on Wmata known as the D40LFR 6100s running around many landover and western division routes even some on training!!!

These buses are still going strong at 17 years old since they’re twice my age and in fact I’m gonna be sad when they’re going to be replaced by the 2023 New Flyer XD40s.

I usually ride the F4, which has its share of D40LFRs, but they are becoming more and more scarce.
They’re being replaced by those stupid-looking XD40s. (not even hybrid, which for WMATA is pretty disappointing.)
Maybe that will put more 42-BRTs on the F4, which is what I’m looking for.

Yeah it is ashame they will replace them and yeah sometimes those 42 brt nabis will be on it but mostly its 6100s they awesome.

Been trying to catch a 42 BRT on the F4 for the past week. No luck so far.
Most of what I get on the F4 is 6100s and 7300s.
