You turned me on to delicata squash, and it’s now my favorite fall veggie! Have you seen the seasonal fall squash orzo salad with date fig dressing? I tried that last year and really hoping they’ll bring that back again. I’m in the San Diego area, so I really appreciate your videos since they’re local to me.
@@sushilover1980 Yay so glad you tried delicata squash 😋 Delicata squash is my favorite fall veggie also followed by roasted parsnips which also should be arriving to stores soon. Highly recommend giving that a try too (specifically roasted). I haven’t seen the orzo salad yet but I’ll keep an eye out for it and will definitely post it in a future video if I do. @@traderjoesgeek It's the regular frozen lasagna that says "made in Canada". I bought it last winter and the year before that. It was good quality both times. It's big, so it's a dilemma how to handle the part that is thawed but not heated up, since refreezing doesn't seem right. I kept it refrigerated and used the remainder within a few days.

@@ylive5169 I cut them up and scrape out all the seeds. I lay them out on a baking sheet, spray avocado oil on it, sprinkle a little salt on it, roast it up for 400 degrees until I see the edges start to caramelize. That’s when they get nice and sweet 😋 Thank you so much for watching❣️
