It was based off of a book I believe, but the story is about a little boy who was abused through his childhhood, and when he was finally an adult he abused his partner and raped her because he didn't know what real love was, anx when he realized that what he had done was bad he committed suicide by sitting in a bath of kerosene and lighting it on fire.

He got a broken heart ,and something happened to him so he can turn into a monster. Trying to constrain himself. He slowly started to lose control of himself. To the point he confronted his love ,but he is unable to hurt her ,even if she broke his heart. Even after he tried to kill her she forgave him for he is her one true love.
