I think the reason the tilt warning glitch happens in this game is because, unlike nearly every other pin, outlane drains award your bonus the moment you hit the outlane switch. I've got a feeling that a tilt warning interacts with the outlane switch in a weird way, where it registers that the switch was hit for the purpose of not awarding the bonus a second time when the ball drains, but overrides the initial bonus award. I'd imagine Dr. Who uses that outlane code as well, though it's less noticeable since outlane drains in that game are preceded by the Master Bonus being awarded.
I really appreciate you making these videos. Way way more beneficial to watch the game being played while someone is explaining why they're going for the shots they are, what they do, how the game progresses, etc. Honestly, after watching the tutorial videos, I don't think I'd want to watch general gameplay videos just because of how informative these are by comparison. And yes, I came here to learn Dracula due to TPA :)
Easter Egg: If you can get Dracula to cross his eyes and hit the launch button while he does so, an animated picture of Fluffy the Vampire appears, and the player gets 20 points. Entering "SUN" as your initials prompts the screen to display "No, not the sun, arghhh!"
Another easter egg I've noticed when I play this is during the animation of Dracula's eyes moving back and forth, sometimes his eyes cross it's hilarious..
Oddly enough, the same bug, which happened in 15:13 mark of this video occurs on Dr. Who as well. This is because Dracula's programming was based on Dr. Who's firmware. It's nice to see this bug in action by the way. The programmers had probably made a little mistake in the tilt warning function. For some bizzare reason the bonus void function is called in the "Give tilt warning" function as well as "Tilt the game" function.
I would love to know what else is on that top ten of yours. My top three are Dracula, Adam's Family, and Twilight Zone. Not sure what top ten would be.
@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS Nice. Here's my top 5 but they're basicly in random order except for Baywatch because that is my absolute favorite. 1 Baywatch 2 Dracula 3 Theatre of Magic 4 Terminator 2 5 Batman Forever
@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS It has so many modes. I used to have the table myself but i had to get rid of it because of a lack of room for it. Funny thing is that because it's a SEGA it's one of the cheapest tables. There's a tutorial of it on this channel btw :)
If Bowen is impressed at the 6x Castle Jackpot in Dracula, nobody let him near a CFTBL. 4x Super Jackpot, which is another 2x, and by that point you're at about 100 million for a total of 800,000,000 from one shot. Even Attack from Mars doesn't pay out like that!
actually, Attack's total annihilation mode can give all the jackpots you have earned at once with the center ramp, you could build that to insane numbers
Both are great! Demo is widebody, which changes the play a bit. I would say that Dracula is more punishing than Demo, but Demo shines in its flow. The art packages on both get the job done and I like the music on both. Cost wise, Demo is starting to creep up to Dracula’s prices.
@@chadalexander1924 Thanks. I actually wrote that message a while ago. I ended up with a totally different pinball machine haha. But also around the same price as those 2. (I live in the Netherlands so pinballs might be priced differently here) But the pinball i bought is No Fear. I did not play all 3 machines and compared so it was just really a guess which of these 3 I would enjoy the most. But I think No fear was the right choice. What do you think?
@@VintageTape1982 I have not played No Fear, so I can’t tell you for sure, but it’s a Steve Ritchie game! How can you go wrong? 😂 I’ve seen videos and it looks like the most ‘90s, in your face pinball I’ve seen. Well done.
I have this Pinball but my high-score is only about 270'000'000. You really defeat the machine. But as I understood... this is a modified machine. The flippers are closer to each other.
The flippers are correct for this machine. They’re shorter than the typical flippers by I believe about 1/8 inch. If you see him hold two balls you can tell there isn’t much room.
This game is SO hard, watching this guy is amazing
I remember crying after playing this when I was a kid....playing this 7 years later feels so different.

I don't know how you play so well and explain the game at the same time. I can barely pat my head and rub my tummy at the same time.

If you press the ball launch button during the cross-eyed animation... you get another easter egg.
how you can play, explain, and execute these shots simultaneously is an art. i couldn't even recite my SSN while playing this game.
One of my favorite pins, great job!!

Gottlieb's Deadly Weapon will actually void the bonus under same circumstances.
This was one of the first pins I ever played. It really has aged well. Easily on my top ten.

Thanks for the video. This game is much better when you know what you're aiming for.
That ball controll is crazy.
the quarters that I spent on this game could have advanced my retirement
A very hard, and very fun game!!! Thanks, Bowen
very nice. i expect this will get a few more views now that the game has been released on TPA

Nice job dude.
9:07 this music is giving me shades of Game of Thrones vibes
Literally that sound like Game of Thrones music
Great video! This helped a lot.
Good player, i was making 1,5b high score age ago on the real pinball, great score there :)
Great job! I love your tutorials!
I wouldn't want to challenge this guy to a match at this game haha.
The title music reminds me of and old computer game.. is it maybe oil imperium ?
ENOUGH! THIS IS NO LAUGHING MATTER! WE DRACULS HAVE THE TO BE PROUD.
Winona Ryder Keanu Reeves and Gary oldman
How bout Anthony Hopkins

Press the launch button when Dracula crosses his eyes.
Can you make a pinball videos Revenge from Mars

License didn't do so well as a movie. Gosh. I hope I can fail with an ROI 8x my capital. 240m on 30m - what a failure. Such fail.
I was thinking this is one film that definitely did not fail. Strange mistake to make to be honest.
