Hi guys, in this video I will be showing you one of my all-time favorite dishes. This recipe is perfect for a large gathering and it's definitely a family favorite. I know you will love this one and I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts in the comments section. :)

Ingredients:
8 pounds of lamb ribs
2 pounds of rice
3 extra-large onions
5 extra-large carrots or around 8 pounds of carrots
3 heads of garlic
5 grams of barberry berries (optional)
1 can of chickpeas
2 handfuls of raisins
2 cups of frying oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2-3 tablespoons of cumin seeds or cumin powder
2 tablespoons of coriander powder
salt and pepper to taste
boiling water (watch the video to see how much)
