Few mistakes, never close the lid while you frying the meat. Because it should be crispy and golden brown. Then you added the water after you put rice. Water goes after the carrot. An then it slowly boiling for 45 minutes minimum. It's called zirvak. Zirvak is the base of the plov. Rice looks a bit sticky. Thanks for the video, good luck !!!

Can you tell us what size the kazan your dad uses (liter size)? It's usually stamped on the bottom of the kazan. Also, can you tell us what specific kind of rice he uses? It doesn't look like basmati. It looks really amazing, thank you for sharing!
I think the fact that birch is being use is kind of important. I'm not sure you would be as successful controlling the temperature like that with a different kind of wood.
