I've taught in 2ndary schools. If there's a pending lawsuit, then there's only so much the administration can legally say. The man did his job by telling her that. She was just haranguing him. This is *not* how you treat teachers/admins.
She is great at asking the right questions and showing what liars these people are.
But she wasn't able to dominate like she did at the last hearing... my man checked her and pushed back.
Say whatever you want , but Elise Stefanik confronts whoever is needed to ask the tough questions. Antisemitism is definitely on the rise in so many educational centers and she is surely not letting whoever is responsible for those places to get a free pass. Excellent job !

Freedom of Information Act. He represents a public entity. Emails to staff and employment records are available to the public as is aggregate data about students (no personal).
