probably a tactic, because you don't expect deep conversations about feminism and meaning of life, or state of the world from vogue, so to attract viewers, put on a shallow title that people expect from vogue. it was a nice surprise, but I guess we could of expected this standard of conversation from emma watson.
This honestly opened my eyes, the way she is. The way the conversation went, its just so incredible and meaningfull. I'm just fourteen, but having such an amazing rolemodel is honestly all I could ask for.
That is so great reading how one person can inspire a member of the next generation, and this is exactly why Emma Watson is doing what she is doing, even though it's a great burden on her. She seems to be well aware that she is luckier than most but her's is still not an easy life, in ways most others can't relate to. That she feels the responsibility to use what she has for good is just a blessing for the rest of us. Because we need inspired future generations that want the best for all humankind, and all beings, so they can pass that insight to the next ones. Yola devam, kim tutar seni.
The way she talks, with so much empathy and compassion, it just touched my heart. It's been really rare to listen to people and feel not just inspired but also understood and included. And love the camaraderie between Paris and Emma. Amazing!!!
That has to be one of the best interviews I have ever watched. Both women listened to each other, had such amazing and inspiring things to say. The fact that all went crazy about the "self-partnered" thing while they touched on so many important issues in this beautiful and meaningful interview is beyond me. I always admired Emma for her beliefs and now I got to see Paris' beautiful mind too. Great conversation.
The moment at 16:50 is such an beautiful moment. She stopped for a moment and really thinked about what she wanted to say. And really meant it. Just wow what a beautiful and inspiring woman!
that's pretty sad actually because she comes off as anything but smart. Analyze her words and you can see she's got problems that can be easily solved but said remedies seem to fly over her head.

she seems like such a genuinely nice person. i know you can’t ever truly judge a celebrity’s personality because you don’t know them irl but i really do get good vibes from Emma.
"She really knows the value of life" but is proud of having and supports the countless abortions committed through Planned Parenthood. Unbelievable! She sure has no regard for the most vulnerable and unprotected life an unborn child
Gosh I could listen to Emma talk all day. Really enjoyed this discussion 👏 All for open conversations about relationships and *love* Emma's term 'self-partnered', but it seems like a pity that of all the other thoughtful, insightful moments in the half hour, her dating life (which doesn't come up until the last 3 minutes and 5 seconds) was chosen for the title.
Agree! She spoke about so many important things like critically examining the way we teach ourselves about racism and history as white people and how we frame those conversations. Vogue - be like Emma. Your title is bait but her message is so much more important.
Is it normal that this interview brought me to tears? I love Emma’s face when she talks about the things that she’s passionate about, she’s really expressive. Her humanity and empathy kind of sparkles through her eyes.
I can just listen to her all day without getting tired. She's so intelligent, analytical, smart, and still so down to earth. She gave all the geniune answers! What an incredible woman! Also, the interviewer asked meaningful questions, was calm and genuine with her, which i really appreciate because in today's world, many interviewers ask meaningless questions and mostly actors get irritated by them, but just don't show it. Both the women were so relaxed and raw in this interview, that's the reason why i like it so much.
This has been the best interview I've ever seen. The hostess was lovely and Emma was just so down to earth, relatable, smart, elegant and funny... I also loved that this actually felt like a conversation with thoughtful questions rather than just "Are you single? What are you wearing? Tell me about your newest movie. Was it hard shooting without a shirt on in winter?". Loved the video.
Her mindset defines compassion in its purest form. She and Dan are examples of what can go right in the entertainment industry, both incredibly down to earth and honest people.

Yep. The comments here are a woke echo chamber. She seems like a lovely person, but she is naive and the bloke interviewing her is using Emma's innate sense of compassion for his own agenda. He is not being excluded; he can use the men's bathrooms. What about the actual biological women who don't want men in their bathrooms, for a variety of reasons, where is their space, how about their feelings of inclusion and safety? I frequently come across men who present as women in my place of work and treat them as individuals like anyone else. But forcing your way into women's bathrooms while playing the victim card and manipulating people's compassion is neither down to earth nor honest.
This was just so good. Emma is one of the only stars out there that I could sit through a whole interview for. Her use of empathetic language is so stellar and thoughtful.
I love Emma. Always have. During the interview, I was so enamoured by Paris. She's so kind, fully engaged and holds complete regard for everything Emma is saying. Such purity in her presence. This is what we need in all our interactions with one another.
she gets most emotional when talking about being excluded, uninvited, and being able to identify the feelings of unwelcomed, as well as how much it means to her when knowing she was the inspiration of Malala. She really has a big pure heart and doesn't think she's better than anyone else. I love her and I wish the best of her. She is truly devoting to making the world a better place. Hope to see more celebrities doing good deeds like her, and conducting meaningful interviews like this one, instead of talking about mega ways to use coconut oil

Emma is so expressive and open and honest. She is obviously well-grounded, and so fortunate to have well-grounded friends and family. There are so few film industry people I admire, and she is usually the first one who comes to mind.
I love her humility. “I feel uncomfortable taking up as much space..and not speaking up about any of this.” I love her ideal: “Peace is possible, or more, war is impossible because everyone can see that everyone is the same and they can’t be at war with each other.”

I feel you, Emma. Turning 30 gave me so much anxiety, perhaps its part of my Asian culture. I felt like I was playing catch-up with my parents' and society's expectations. Having someone as successful as you feel the same self-doubt and anxiety really does put things in perspective for me and I really appreciate that.

Has anyone noticed that Emma and Paris agreed the Great Britain's wealth is built on slavery? Amazing to hear such confessions from a fashion media's channel
Britain's great wealth is based on its worker productivity. The empire died during WWII, and all its colonies relinquished. This is self-flagellating virtue signalling from Paris, and she wants everyone to engage in the same questionable behaviour. Emma's still finding her way and seems very open though

There are comments saying Emma is not like this in real life. I just want to point out some clear facts that her answers to those questions are so genuine, wise and kind. Also some of her actions in the interview were absolutely out of unconsciousness, like the intimacy she showed to the interviewer. There's not even a slightest chance that it can happen to people those haters have described. Just because you have the emotional range of a teaspoon doesn't mean we all have. When someone is doing better in his or her life than you do with yours, it's better for you to learn from them instead of attacking them.

Hearing her speak so eloquently about the injustices in history education, privelage and gender equality was touching. Her spirit is coming across so sincere and aware.
" just because my dreams are different from your's does not mean that they are not important". If that isn't one of the most powerful things I've heard all year then I don't know what is.
So true.... Just because I choose a family doesn't mean I am not a feminist that I don't care for woman.
Amen to that, saved this quote to my personal empowerment library!

this interview turned out to be much deeper than the title insinuated lol
Lol so true... I almost skipped it because of that lame title
Whoever does Vogue’s social media has got SKILLS
Nicole Aloia good! Vogue is vapid
probably a tactic, because you don't expect deep conversations about feminism and meaning of life, or state of the world from vogue, so to attract viewers, put on a shallow title that people expect from vogue. it was a nice surprise, but I guess we could of expected this standard of conversation from emma watson.
It's Emma Watson, I KNEW we were gunna go deep..
Watch her interview with Lin Manuel Miranda. It’s even better than this one imo
The way she talks, with so much empathy and compassion, it just touched my heart. It's been really rare to listen to people and feel not just inspired but also understood and included. And love the camaraderie between Paris and Emma. Amazing!!!
nah just a victim chic with a spoiled attitude, stay in Paris the next revolution is coming
That has to be one of the best interviews I have ever watched. Both women listened to each other, had such amazing and inspiring things to say.
I would say that the title is slightly random, considering how little she talked about those topics compared with bigger and more pressing issues she discussed....
Hahaha maybe they used this title to let people watch the video who wouldn't normally watch videos about these topics 😋
That's exactly what I was thinking.
MangoIceCreamLover I was initially quite upset about the title because it undermines the depth and value of what’s contained within this interview. But reading your comment made me take a step back and realise that it isn’t so bad after all. Thanks for the fresh perspective :)
Yes! I it sounds like it's gonna be a quite boring interview, but then it's actually a very interesting and captivating one 🙂
The fact that all went crazy about the "self-partnered" thing while they touched on so many important issues in this beautiful and meaningful interview is beyond me. I always admired Emma for her beliefs and now I got to see Paris' beautiful mind too. Great conversation.

Her mindset defines compassion in its purest form. She and Dan are examples of what can go right in the entertainment industry, both incredibly down to earth and honest people.
You don't know anything about humans do you?
I like Emma, but she needs to think one step longer. Trying to benefit transgender is not good. If others dont want to go to the toliet after a transgender were there, you have to accept their opinions/actions. What if i decided to have a Monster-mask on my face before i go into a toliet, and then cried my eyes out because people didn't want to go in there aftwerwards?
You have to respect if they didn't want to go in there, after i was in there.
