Psycho-Cybernetics is a self-help book written by Maxwell Maltz in 1960.[1] Motivational and self-help experts in personal development, including Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy have based their techniques on Maxwell Maltz. Many of the psychological methods of training elite athletes are based on the concepts in Psycho-Cybernetics as well.[2] The book combines the cognitive behavioral technique of teaching an individual how to regulate self-concept, using theories developed by Prescott Lecky, with the cybernetics of Norbert Wiener and John von Neumann. The book defines the mind-body connection as the core in succeeding in attaining personal goals.[3]
Maltz found that his plastic surgery patients often had expectations that were not satisfied by the surgery, so he pursued a means of helping them set the goal of a positive outcome through visualization of that positive outcome.[3] Maltz became interested in why setting goals works. He learned that the power of self-affirmation and mental visualization techniques used the connection between the mind and the body. He specified techniques to develop a positive inner goal as a means of developing a positive outer goal. This concentration on inner attitudes is essential to his approach, as a person's outer success can never rise above the one visualized internally.

As a Christian I know when you have spiritually reached the point where/when people psychologically or even physically abused you and you don't allow these offenses to affect your spirituality or your self-esteem then you have reached enlightenment. In colloquial Christian terms, is called 'killing the flesh', denying yourself, selfless love, etc. And it has nothing to do with religion, this has to be a genuine process, hence others who are not even at your spiritual level will pick up the vibe. This is why Jesus Christ states: 'forgive others', in fact science has discovered that resentments and bitterness leads to cancer. GOD bless you Joseph, you have the gift of teaching and revelation--excellent videos.

    So...
Put yourself a goal, and correct the deviations that you will make during the journey to this goal.
Visualize yourself as if you made it already, feel it.
Keep an eye into your belief systems and think if they are supporting you or stopping you from achieving your desire.
Surround yourself with people that has made it already, and act constantly in your ideas, insights, and intuitions.
    Relax your body and mind.
Practice and master the skills that will bring you to your vision.
    And Enjoy the Journey! 😊

@DJ G when I decided to be a digital marketer, I asked to a guy who owned an agency if I could work for free with him, and now my job is in paid advertising.
When I said go with people who made it, i mean get yourself a mentor, an example, or somebody that already is what you want to be.
This way, you see in first person what they makes, what skills they has, and is a good shortcut to your desired destiny. 😉

Out of all the video content, this is my favorite book(s) (there are 2 versions & I’ve listened to both in audio format a few times, went over the condensed book (instructional version) & I was a quarter to 50% in reading the main book). And this is the first time taking time out (or actually in) to take a few notes (as you speak on my favorite book). The part with communicating with self.
I just remembered there was a 3rd audio from Maxwell Maltz. And as I think further, there’s an extensive version under another name. I’m talking as extensive as Napoleon Hill’s 16 Laws.
Thanks for bringing this back into the present moment (repetition / practice).

I think theres also intent on the unconscious, I think there's intent everywhere. We are cybernetic beings without even knowing. Humans just go around putting stuff together and giving them purpose. Every piece of human creation -- the words we use, the toughts we have, the things we make(our art, our cellphones, our buildings), all have a purpose that we create to fill our needs.
