Idk if I agree with the person who told you that you're a winter...winter is cool toned with high contrast. I think you're either a spring or summer, the lighter options with less contrast. it would be cool to see you get your colors analyzed.
You are definitely not a Winter, you are a Spring. Yellow and gold suit you so that means you are in the warm category. You can definitely do blue, but you don't want to do that muted blue (that is Summer (light cool))

I wear lingirie like that when I do my makeup and hair in the morning, it makes me feel pretty, and saves my clothing from getting makeup on it. I would keep it, but with the short skirt, slit and open back it's not the chic lingirie dress vibe i know you were going for. Maybe if you wore an oversized blazer and kept it on all night.
