even though they must have big reason to do it, but it just savage, geez even those are farmed food source, cant they at least have short good life? i am guessing those shrimp get into package after done laying eggs, so for those farmer it not make much different?

And how do we know if we're buying prawns that have been bread this way - I'm assuming it's not spelt out on the packaging? When it comes to sea-caught prawns, is that worse because of fishing techniques like dredging? Sorry, these are prob quite hard questions to answer.
