While we are on the topic of lube: just a reminder to not use oil based lube with latex condoms!!! It deteriorates the material and makes it an ineffective barrier, so keep that in mind if you plan on using coconut oil. Ok PSA over lol.

Ok so quick google search: most sources agree that coconut oil is absolutely fine as lube - but yeah, definitely only if you’re not using a condom, as with all other oil-based lubes. However, it is recommended to just quickly rinse yourself with warm water after and there aren’t really that many reliable studies on the whole thing. While most sources say that it can actually prevent infections, some say that it might promote them because of the whole ph thing. Also you’re probably gonna need more of it than regular lube - as it’s not actually lube designed for sex, shocker. After reading a bit about it, I’d say, it’s probably not gonna hurt to try it but you could also just use regular lube that has been tested and approved and be on the safe side. 🤷🏼♀️

I would also think that coconut oil is in a jar/pot and you really have to get that out of that each time. I would also think that coconut oil is in a jar/pot and you really have to get that out of that each time. It does not have a package (and consistency) where you can squeeze/pour it out without getting in contact with what you will use (much) later. So I would also think that makes it less hygienic.

Jennifer: I PERSONALLY am a strong believer in voicing how you feel, if Jennifer felt like Hailey was stealing from them as kids, she should have said something (kids can be good at hiding bad behavior which could explain why the mom wouldnt notice) otherwise Jennifer has every right to be upset for now. I think with time the wound should heal, but right now the way she feels is valid.
Hailey: Hailey was definitely in the wrong, and I think if you meet someone you love, go for them, however, not if theyre someone you cant have. Its like Maria Reynolds in Hamilton, she was off limits, and because Alexander went for her, he caused an issue. Hailey made the whole dynamic different, and even if Jennifer forgives her, things still won't be the same.
The dad: I stand with him, but I do think he was harsh in the way the mom described what he said.
The mom: I don't view her as the villain, I think she was trying to support her daughter in her new relationship, but I do think she went about it in a really wrong way.
