dude lordi live is a helluva show you totally get what you pay for and more, it was a small venue but damn it was an amazing show I got to give Mr. Lordi the pictures I drew for him when he was on stage it was AWESOME!
I met them in Nov '08. We met the band outside the venue and they were out of costume. Mr Lordi is really short, he is my height (5'4"). They are all wonderful people and were very nice to us waiting in the cold outside for them. We got autographs but no pictures. I also got a few guitar pics ^.^
Actually,it was 2006 when they won Eurovision and released Arockalypse,the first time i saw promo video for Hard Rock Hallelujah,there was no doubt that they'd win.I went to get the Arockalypse right away and older albums also.

Well, he has a good growling/demonic voice, but I need to ask a question: Compared to his normal voice, just how strong are his vocal cords?? Amazement aside, Lordi are the best band I know of, and I have been a fan for 3 years until now, and I will keep on being a fan until I grow old.
i dont need to look at any maps man, i live in finland. its not in scandanavia. just read half the comments on this page they put it right. most of the world think finland is in scandanavia. even i did before i moved here
Exactly, there is a HUGE difference between scandinavia and nordic contries. Scandinavia comes from a mountainranga called Scandinavian Mountains that streached along the length of Swedan and Norway so strictly speaking should not even denmark be included... The nordic contries include Norway, Sweden, Finnland, Dennmark and Iceland + the Faroe Islands :)
Yeah, in lordi's biography he said thay there wouldn't be lordi without kiss and alice cooper, because their shows are kinda copied from them, horror from alice and lights ja bombs from kiss

The term Nordic actually means nothing whatsoever and is a reference to latitude. Greenland could just as easily be described as Asian. That where its indigenous people came from. If Greenland and Iceland are considered nordic, then shouldnt Russia and Canada also be? What about the Baltic republics?
