You can tell just from hearing her speak, that Linn is a very spiritual being. I think that that is partly what makes her so beautiful.
She did seem too deep for all that pop star nonsense.

i always liked the sound of their music. im a rocker and a metal head from the 80s. i just started checking them out this week im surprised to see how musical and talented they all were. great band love the sound of their music.

I give Ace of Base the fact that they were the first dance-pop group to take the vocal sensibilities (although simplified) of the pop music of Abba, and the cadence and irregularity of backbeat of reggae, mixed through a Caribbean- out of Ibiza techno electro Pop, and took it to the masses in a way that's never been done before.. or.. never had been done, at least not till that point. I'm not a fan boy, but I can give props to Ace of base in the way, that although they were very popular at the time, they didn't come out from a popular genre, or were bandwagon by the numbers, or had their songs written for them (spice girls) by a bunch of industry professionals. They did their thing, wrote their music and mostly produced it themselves, and while it was never the coolest music of all time, for a moment.. in 1994 it was the mainstream that followed Ace of Base, and then, the imitations started and then their music didn't sound so cutting edge. But you got to give it to them, that they made their own music that no one else was doing quite like them, and they managed to become the most popular band in the world for almost a year or so. Image helps, but I honestly don't see anything about Ace of Base, as way too manufactured as like.. for example... the Spice Girls... And yeah by 1996 this kind of music became what manufactured pop sounded like, but in 1993 "all that she wants" sounded like nothing else on Earth.. and by the time "The Sign" hit with it's impeccable, excellent pop sugar rush, it was inevitable that the masses would fall in line behind Ace of Base
You are trying to say in thousands of words that ace of base made crap. I agree with you but it was an original crap lol. I still like of that music. If you heard two songs of them, you heard all. Don't need more. It's repeated over and over again
big facts_good memory_cyclorama nostalgia_history repeats_💫_timeless acts like abba/floyd/ace_wish they'd put those ancient differences aside & get together at least for the people & tour_in return we're happy_they take all our money_seems so obvious_same w/ say enya_zero touring seems odd & illogical_the ace bros did move on to new girls & kept recording_& their latest music is good too_but they didnt tour w/ those girls either_its baffling_& rare you have such natural talent_who are also naturally physically attractive_set for the mainstage💥_but they opt not to😒_they won the lottery on many level_denniz pop cashed in the ticket for them 'cause they saw it_but after that_but a lot of sweden_france_etc. artists do it for the art_& they'll cancel it all on a whim whenever they feel like😒_same w/ Avicii_Justice_they dont care about the long-game_they dont mind being a quick flash then goin' off into regular lives_i say they couldve balanced both_but we'll never know_its not too late for 'em to comeback_weeknd & bruno w/ max martin (denniz pop) have made it clear that nostalgia is timeless_so why not Ace?💫
_i remember when lady gaga dropped 'alejandro' produced by redone (also a denniz/max cherion studio student)_& I thought oh my THIS is the ace of base sound that needs to comeback_but gaga was a fool to think she could go on w/o redone_everything she made after was trash_redone haven't heard from him since_these weird flashed of incredible tracks_then the artists ghost👻_max martin seems to be the only one unyielding & set on keeping the denniz-cherion legacy alive for generations💫_seems so obvious w/ the leverage of weeknd's success_now a comeback project / w Ace & Max & RedOne_literally just use the same Roland sound modules they used in the 90s_instant nostalgic success💥
The Spice Girls Co Wrote all of their songs. Ace of Base wrote, co wrote and even used outside songwriters too. Ace of Base did it all. I love Ace of Base & The Spice Girls

The music of Ace of Base (yes, even "The Golden Ratio" album) has brought me so much joy during this difficult year 2020. Their music lifts you. Their music does not rely on sex, violence, swearing, politics, controversy, boasting, etc... It is just awesome to have that break from the world. I wish I discovered their music sooner. I feel good when I listen to Ace of Base. Sending love from Canada. Blessings!

Ace of Base was the fekin shit back in the early-mid 90's. Everyone I knew had a copy of The Sign. I had it on cassette and wore it out and later purchased it on CD. Their sound was so fresh and unique and every song on The Signe album is amazing same with The Bridge. I had a poster of the band on my wall, and I use to... well let's just say I was in love with the Jenny and Linn haha. Im 43 now and I still listen to them as I have their albums on my iPhone. Hands down just the best group of musicians from the 90's and I get such a great feeling of happy nostalgia when I listen to them.

They did an AMAZING job! I lived in Europe in my younger years and their songs take me right back to my early years which were the best ones of my entire life. I still listen and have ACE OF BASE moments. I think they did a more than great job for 2 singers and 2 musicians

They were unbelievable! The music had great bass beats yet so simple and moving. Used to fill my Walkman tapes and I would take it anywhere. One of my first CDs at college was “The Sign”. I still love you guys? So underrated.
Really interesting... Ace of Base is still one of my all time favourites. Got the albums, and some singles with rare versions of some songs and love it! Always in my car!

I didn't dance to it, but I feel the same, I was around 6 or 7 when I got a Walkman for my birthday with two tapes, Beach Boys and Ace Of Base. Loved them both but Ace of Base was my favorite. Brings back some very early good memories every time I hear them.

This group been out since 1987, why I never heard about them until mid '92 at first I thought it thought it was ABBA getting back together and making new hits, later I found out from the DJ on the radio station that is a new Swedish group called Ace of Bae.

Both these girls have great speaking voices..........they could both do voice work in anime with Ulf and Jonas making soundtracks...............the industry waits.
