The plane that I hijack at 10:37 has increased armor by four times, It helped me a lot, since I am not a super pilot who can dodge 100 missiles per second from three or four military planes. I have practiced a lot dodging them, but this is not possible in the RDE mod. Truly the most hardcore feature by the RDE.
16:29 is when Mike first intentionally harms civilians
It's not really your fault, you'd dodge all these in a lazer while doing those manuvers, it's just that the B11 can only dodge missiles at higher altitudes where it's faster
Well I can doge rockets like a master but that lot of missles can ruined me for 1 minute or less

Skull: Juggernaut (National Guard, NOoSE, LSPD SWAT, LSSD SRT)
Car: Military/FIB/IAA
Explosion: US Air Force

Sorry if im late, but the icons are features from the better chases+ mod which are incorporated into RDE (the mod hes using for the enhanced police response and 6 stars). The car icon means that they have authorization to PIT you. And the skull means they have authorization for lethal/deadly force (which simply means they can kill you)
