The higher you mount it might increase wind noise. I’ve also noticed some attaching the the mounts to the face of the black cross bar with the angle facing down. Looks nice...

Haha idk why but when I start filming, I forget names of everything. I forgot what my wind deflector was called so I just said wind panel haha. I love the stage 6. It was the most I could afford so I’ll slowly work my way up to getting the stage 10.
