Very clean, excellent hygiene standards, good food and modest pricing. Only South India can have this combo. Impossible standards for similar eateries north of the Vindhyas i guess.

very true totally impossible to find such decent hygienic budget eating houses in delhi darbanga kanpur sultanpur patna or any city or town in north india no way i have personally seen the filthy condition of eataries in north india

Nowadays, the darshini fast food "thindi" items have become very expensive.. 1 plate idli - 35-40,
1 vada- 20-30 , 1 rice item - 40-50 , Any dosa - 50-70.. This is the reason small hotels like these have become very popular .. These shops have good future if they serve quality food as the price will always be cheap..

Because Rent for shop is exorbdantly high, 20k/month for this shop, labor cost is too high, one person minimum 25 to 30k/month

Can't comment on other items till I eat there 🙂 . But the idlis look super soft and fluffy and filling. One plate will make for a perfect, healthy and filling meal to sustain rest of the morning.
