This is a super small SPWM module. It is used to replace the MCU in the UPS Santak TG500 - TG1000 square wave. This module will convert waveform to sine and has no working time limit (originally 20 minutes)

Trong video 48v 3kw trước anh có quấn cái biến áp ee4220 khi ráp 2 lõi phe biến áp anh có dán 1 miến kéo nhỏ để tạo khoảng hở cho biến áp ee4222
Tác dụng của khoảng hở đó làm để làm gì vậy anh
Em có quấn 4 cái biến áp ee4220 để làm máy hàn
Chạy cầu H ở 60khz
Vậy em có nên dán tạo khoảng hở cho biến áp ee4220 không anh
Và nếu được anh tính giúp em quấn cuộn sơ cấp ee4220 chạy cầu H ở 60khz ở 310v
Là khoảng bao nhiêu vòng vậy anh
Muốn anh phẩn hồi và trả lời giúp em

Dán để chống bão hoà lõi nhé b. Dán mỏng mỏng thôi. Dầy quá thì sẽ bị tăng cảm rò. Mềnh đang đi tơi 30/4 roài. Ko có tính toán đc. Mình tính toán rồi nhắn lại b sau nhé

Cho mình hỏi là độ qua sine như vậy chức năng ups của mạch sẽ mất phải không vậy? Là khi cắm điện lưới rồi rút điện ra nó có tự chuyển mạch như zin nó không vậy anh?

Em quấn 2 cái biến áp máy hàn để chế máy hàn que
Biến áp EE4220
Chạy cầu H 4 igbt
Ở tần số 60khz hoặc 40khz để phù hợp với máy hàn que
Quấn dây 0.5mm cả sơ cấp và thứ cấp
Chạy ở điện áp 220vAC(310vDC)
Đầu ra 60vDC
Anh tính giúp em với
Hiện tại em đã làm xong cầu H nhưng em không có PC nên cầu cứu anh giúp anh giúp em

See I was right all the time when I said spwm don’t need a oscillator crystal it’s just 2 pwm with counter timing from 0 to 1 0 to 2 with a lot more counter at 12khz and 2 pwm low from 0.1 1.0
