I could tell 2, he was loaded on resources his gems n never wanted to use them . He didn't enjoy it last few months imo
This might sound silly, but a big regret of mine is not becoming a raid content creator. Just crossed the 5 year threshold and seeing where people like you and Brad started in the game vs where you are now is awesome. At this point, I can’t really add anything new so that ship has pretty much sailed. Godspeed chosen!

Not new news for me. He was done since he joined fateless, i couldn't feel the passion for raid anymore in him lol
I was watching Chosen right from the beginning. The tier lists, offer calculators, graphing the data, and endless hours on Twitch. I always trusted his judgement, he always brought balance and an objective view when the community and other ccs were blowing up about this and that. Will definitely miss his content. All the best with your new endeavours Brad.
Him talking about how the best time was the beginning makes me think of the best time in WOW, the beginning. Struggling to level to 60 and experiencing the original zones the FIRST time was amazing.

I recognized his silhouette immediately, like all of us did I'm sure. Chofly was the first CC I found when I had a baby account and felt like I was doing everything wrong. Crazy to think thats Ive been playing nearly 5 years!

For several years Chosen was my #2 favorite RUclips CC and I watched his videos daily, but as he dabbled out to other projects his passion was split, but I'm thankful for his time, and I hope he goes on to find something he enjoys again !

Definitely amazing to see the evolution of a content from a creator for sure.. but also remarkable to feel a drop in passion as the creator approaches the end of his time covering certain content. I honestly thought he was going away since last year and thats because the difference in the quality of the content was palpable. You could literally feel that the guy wasnt happy. So in saying that, I wish you all the best in your future ventures, Chosen. Many of us here who have been playing since release looked up to your content to be appropriately guided in navigating a new game. But... all good things come to an end. All the best brotha.

Wow! I realized he was pivoting away from full time content creation but very sad to see him go. He was one of the voices along with SALT that really got me into playing Raid and remained one of my favorites although I saw less and less of his content over the last year or 2. I wish him the very best!
Wow! That’s huge! You, Chosen and Ash are the main 3 I’ve been watching since I started playing raid almost 5 years ago. Sad to see him go, but I’m glad he made the content he did. It helped me and so many other players understand the game.

Quality insight for all of us who have decided to move on after basically dedicating your life for years. As a super casual creator for raid, it was like an moment went I woke up one day to just give it up. Your community becomes your family and it wasn't easy at all. Good luck Chosen! I’ve done the same thing. I’ve picked up AFK Journey and have been playing a lot of that. I’m still doing my dailies on Raid but I’ve cut back on the time. I got burned out on the back to back Fusions. I still like the game and will play it but just not as much.
Goodluck @Chosen with Fateless and thank you for all the help I got from watching your videos when I first started 2 years ago. It was not a shock to me that you are moving on, as your content has slowed down to a trickle, but it's still sad to see one of the stalwarts of Raid leaving. I'll see you on the next Fateless podcast though, so I guess your not really gone at all

Wow, I started watching Raid videos with Darth, Chosen, and HH. I've been playing for about as long as HH. I think it was their first November. Seeing the content creators starting to move on is strange. I get it. I find the game itself is almost more habit than gameplay. I still like the game, but.... Good luck Chosen!

Executioner was hard nerfed very early. So the early content wasn't wrong, but it was obsolete very quickly. I remember seeing Darth's early thumbnails and thinking he was some kind of spoiled rich kid with filthy amounts of money to throw at shards. I could not have been more wrong. LOL
Anyway, many thanks to Chosen for being such a cool down to earth guy. It was lots of fun doing ASU Prime guild raids with him in Diablo Immortal. Can't wait to see what he gets up to next working with the Fateless crew.

Chosen was the first content creator I watched for raid back when the game really had its traction start
I suspected. ChoseN was the 1st content creator for Raid I ever followed. Though I'm not surprised, I am kinda bummed but im sure he is doing great things ! Excited to see what Fateless releases soon.
Chosen was one of the OG CC that I watched when I started over 4 years ago. Super great addition to the Fateless team and can't wait to play that game and give the final "PEACE" to Raid for Chosen lol.

i need help.. been playing raid for almost 2years now,, with the new update the game keeps crashing.. i've unistalled, and reinstalled, cleared my data, and cache.. im super annoyed now that i cant even do my dailys

there are only a handful of content providers for Raid that provide high value content and many are part of Fateless or Hell Hates umbrella - Thanks to Brad for personally providing useful content for RSL
This video and the Fateless one yesterday have been excellent conversations. It's easy to support and want success for this group of hard working guys. Their drive, values, and love for gaming are very relatable.

I think executioner got nerfed by the time HH started playing so a lot of people were going off old information
Yes, executioner was god tier at launch,so much so that he could solo the whole campain. but that didnt last long because they nerfed him within a couple weeks after launch. same for the rare steel boyer,she was better then coldheart at launch but she was nerfed quicker than exo.

i don't see why anyone would ever quit completely, if ya have a UNM team it takes 2 mins a day to get the best chests and once a month do pulls for dopamine. they'll never get a dime out of me but i'll prob do that (that's all i've done for the past 2 years) forever or until the game closes.

Best of luck to Chosen. I'm glad he's able to leave a game content wise and do other things that he enjoys. I rarely log in nowdays. I started acouple of months before DT and CvC implementations. It's really not the same game I "loved". I occasionally have bouts of playing for like a week and enjoy it. HellHades, you are lucky you enjoy the game still because you are wrapped in it financially to the point walking away would be rough. No shade meant by that but that's going to rough if you ever fully dislike the games direction.
I'm in the opposite side but sorta the same aspect as it isn't the money I make but the money I spent. I think I've spent between 1,000 to 2,000 USD since starting Raid. Like Chosen said, it'd be a shame to throw it away. It's kind of sad to walk away from the time and money investment.

I quit RAID at the beginning of this month after nearly 4 years since i started basically around the time Kantra came out, I've been feeling the need to do it for awhile, but the sunk cost fallacy has kept me from it for so long. It was anywhere from great to terrible, and I'm just tired of what they've done with the game myself. For now I'm only playing WoR for a gacha, and will see how it goes.
