Is a 3-piece 1950s rock'n'roll band in a classic trio line-up from Hanover. The influences of the band are as diverse as the musical spectrum of this era. From blues to rock'n'roll and rockabilly back to primitive hillbilly bop. All three Spitfires have previously played in various other bands. Mickey was a bass player and singer with Randy Rich & The Poor Boys for many years. Matze was lead guitarist with the Bird Doggin Daddies and Sandy Lane & the Head Lights. Frank played rhythm guitar in the ska band Bad Shakyn and is also on the road as DJ Stompin' Wolfman. One album ( That's Wild) has been released so far. The EP Gone Baby gone can also be heard on Bandcamp. In February 2024 the band will be at Black Shack Records to record a completely new album.
