I love the ending and how the protagonist accepted herself and her weight, but Susie’s situation made me a little sad. The guy shouldn’t have lied about his sexuality to turn Susie down. Susie 100% deserved punishment for bullying Hope, but on the other hand she probably needed therapy and emotional support from her family. Literally no one was there to comfort Susie when the guy she liked ended up dating her sister.
Finally, someone with the same thought process as me. The way Susie was treated doesn't excuse any of her actions, but it's hard not to feel bad for her when her family and crush chose Hope over her.
finally a story that the boyfriend sticks with the girlfriend until the end, no matter what changes she went through in the other stories, the protagonist would always have to find a new partner just because their appearance changed, but not this one, and that’s why I like this story most

My ex boyfriend used to bodyshame me even though i wasn’t that fat. He made me feel insecure. I regret my relationship. Guys like josh are rare. Hope is really lucky to have someone like him in her life.

And as an overweight I am glad I have some people in my life who love me no matter what.. Remember it is on the inside that counts, and that boyfriend is a fantastic guy sticking with her rather then being a jerk like her sister. Hope is very lucky to not only have a loving boyfriend but a friend support group. Best moment is when they stood up for Hope calling her sister out on her BS. And that mother is very wise knowing that her daughter was loser all along.
May be Suzie wouldn't be in this worst condition ... if her mother really had a talk with her about the adoption and actually have a heart to heart conversation ... Suzie might be doing it all out of insecurity . No doudt that mother is a good person , but may be she just neglected her at a point

More people need to bring light to things like this. I have a condition that makes it hard for me to lose weight. I'm a healthy eater, I work out, but I just have so much excess fat on my body. I've never been skinny even as a small child I was bullied. But it's not stopping me anymore. I found people who love me for who I am, and if you're like me, you will find your happily ever after one day ☺️
I get fat shamed every day at school, I started starving myself and by watching these stories I realized I should be happy about who I am. Now everyone gives me the best compliments about my body because I’ve been eating healthy and now everyone is jealous of my body

Even if they’re fat, that does not give anyone the right to body shame or dislike someone because of that specific reason. It’s not always their fault- I gained weight because my mother didn’t feed me the best foods, it’s not my fault.
Everyone deserves to be treated the same way. Even if they are a different size- All that counts is that they're still human and they still have a living in this world.
I don’t know what’s more satisfying: the fact the girls in the college were caring and supportive to the protagonist or the fact that the jealous sister is getting what she deserves?
I think what's more satisfying is how her mother was always in a badass mood and in a good way and stayed by Hope's side the whole time and been seen Suzy for who she really is
It's so nice to see that they didn't bully her and accepted the way she is unlike other stories where the protagonist always got bullied in the beginning and after they changed themselves everyone started loving them
Best characters! Josh was an amazing person from the beginning, he didnt want to embarrass a girl when he rejected her, and he stood by the mc's side from the beginning. Mom was super supportive and kind, her husband adopted a girl from the orphanage and she was happy with it, then she stood by her side when she was in love, she stood by her side when her sister was jealous of her and body shamed her. Dad was a really wealthy yet really kind person to adopt someone and share his mansion. Brother was a good person to the main character the whole time.

The fact that the title brings up memories is bad. Being plus size is seen as being a monster. Especially when I was in my younger years at high school.
I really love how even though she was a certain weight, the story in the end didn't make a happy ending because she became slim again, she accepted her weight and loves herself just like she was unlike some other stories where in the end they become skinny or slim or whatever again this story makes me happy 🙂

I don’t know what’s more satisfying: the fact the girls in the college were caring and supportive to the protagonist or the fact that the jealous sister is getting what she deserves?

I think what's more satisfying is how her mother was always in a badass mood and in a good way and stayed by Hope's side the whole time and been seen Suzy for who she really is

Josh was an amazing person from the beginning, he didnt want to embarrass a girl when he rejected her, and he stood by the mc's side from the beginning.
Mom was super supportive and kind, her husband adopted a girl from the orphanage and she was happy with it, then she stood by her side when she was in love, she stood by her side when her sister was jealous of her and body shamed her.
Dad was a really wealthy yet really kind person to adopt someone and share his mansion.
Brother was a good person to the main character the whole time.
I understand my life was like that until Middle school eventually when you take no more notice of the idiots around you will know how amazing you are 😊🌸

Thay are out there I have an amazing partner when I first met him I was a size uk 6-8 and healthy, but over the years I've gained weight I'm now a sixe 12-14 alot bigger in fact I'm bigger niw than i was when i was pregnant!! and I suffer from chronic back pain so I don't go out much I actually spend most of my time in bed reading, he looks after me, does all the house work, cooking, helps me out he does everything for me even though I've told him he should leave me as he deserves better, but he's stayed with me through thick and thin over the past 20 plus years !! So don't give up I'm sure you will find your own perfect someone 😃
