I bet when you look back on it all, it’s hard to believe you have come so fare and done so much, and one job in particular that has to be, above all else 💯 %, is that roof, which I think any roofer would be proud of. 👍🏻

What product is that paint on roof? Never seen something like that.

The paint on the roof is Ultra Flex, its a roofing system, we were introduced to it instead of using rubber roofing as our roof was quite complicated, we are very pleased with the way it worked out and should last for about 25 years and then it will just need re covering with the same stuff.

Very nice work! By the way, the wood you are using for beams, columns etc. Is that pressure treated? If yes, why? Im just curious if thats a requirement in building code?

yes all the timber is pressure treated and stress graded, this is for building regulations and the building inspector visits at certain times to inspect and check that we are using the correct grade of timber.

I've enjoyed watching the first two time lapses of the bungalow project. However, half way through video 2 I had to turn the sound off. The music became monotonous and annoying. Great video; horrible music.
