I just don’t have the stomach to listen to Christie Sides. It’s always somebody else’s fault.
I try SO, so, so hard to like her. I keep giving her chance after chance after chance. But yeah...she doesn't make it easy. 🤦🏼♀️ I just think she's in over her head. I hope it's nothing more than that. After that game they almost blew against Phoenix, she talked (AGAIN) about needing to "figure it out" (her go-to phrase, bcuz she's clueless), when EVERYONE who saw that game could clearly see that the 36 point shift or whatever it was, was because Sides took the ball out of CC's hands and made Erica Wheeler the floor general. During that stretch, Caitlin had 0 pts and 0 assists, and it was chaotic play. Nothing to 'figure out', coach! Arrrgh! 🤦🏼♀️

Coach Sides deserves some respect and a lot of credit for bringing this team along and showing the patience, consistency, & maturity of a good coach along the way. And if she was as terrible a coach as everyone wants to believe, her players would’ve crumbled 10 games ago, but they haven’t bc they believe in the messaging & vision. How come so many people say she “always blames everyone else” when (1) that’s never what she says, but (2) do yall think it’s Christie Sides who misses FGs or commits bad fouls??? Players play, coaches coach, what more do y’all expect her to say other than “we’ve got to find ways to make this team [blank],” Lol I can only assume that everyone saying that hasn’t a single clue what it takes to re-build

She has no clue about the linx or any other team. I’ve never seen a coach that goes outta their way to lose games but has players with more than enough game to win and they still win inspite of her. GO CC, don’t let Sides foolishness ground your game. Keep doing your thing and keep playing winning basketball even if some of your teammates won’t. Make them wave of trade you because it’s so obvious that Sides doesn’t have a clue and management won’t get a better coach. I know Fever fans don't want to hear this especially those living in Indianapolis but when CC's contract is up she need to leave the Fever. They are not using her right. Magic Johnson is one of the owners of the LA Sparks, he should sign Clark. I think that's the right organization for her. Hey Christie! Enough of the slow pace play and let your players run a fast pace play. Your slow half court offense is holding back the Fever from getting a substantial lead against the Lynx. Let CC get the ball and make the plays for the Fever. Wheeler's contribution to the team is almost non existent. Stop experimenting on plays because your team is having a horrible game. I'm just happy they won the game because of your players resiliency in the 4th quarter.
