I have lived here in Cadillac for the last 20 years. I have to say this is a very accurate showing of our small city. I love it here.

It's a great place to live. As far as being safe...it's as safe as any other Northerrn Michigan small town. I have never had any issues in almost 40 years of living here, but like any town there are some bad areas to live at least. Jobs..depends on they type of work you are looking for, we have quite a few factories that are always looking for general labor. Detroit is about a 3 1/2 hour drive to the south east so not very close.
