the flow rate is multiplied by four brother. so a 4gpm recommend a 16 inch max the Whisper Eagle 16 inch with a 4 gpm is what i started with. also a good gas roof pump with 300 psi low pressure at 10 gpm will help you wash down roofs and houses really really quick.

Typical rule of thumb for surface cleaners is 1gpm of flow per 4 inches. I run a 19 inch whisper wash classic with a 4 nozzle bar on my 8gpm. It’s a great setup. I previously used a 16 inch whirl a way and it didn’t perform well with my 8gpm. The 4 nozzle bar is great on my whisper wash.

Just curious on your surface cleaner issues. Do you think it might be the pressure washer machine hp and nozzle tips? I believe your pressure washer unit (4000 psi @ 4.0 gpm) is a (11 hp). I know some of this pressure washer that comes with a honda gx 390 engine has two hp style (11 hp & 13 hp). Also try to switch out the nozzle tip from 2502 to 25025. That might also help.

You can change the pump out for one with higher or lower pressure or gpm, just keep in mind that any variation changes the load on the motor, so if you go for a higher flow & pressure, the motor will labor harder and eventually will die sooner than if you left it stock.

4 inches for each gallon per minute your machine is rated at. I have a 4gpm machine and hate using my 20". I actually just bought a 16" today. As for casters. Definitely get casters if you're running a small machine with a larger surface cleaner. If you're at 4gpm or less with a 20" surface cleaner, your'e gonna get a workout pushing and dragging that thing everywhere without casters. If you have a proper machine, 5 gpm or higher, casters are helpful on surface cleaners larger than 20". Surface cleaners smaller than that don't really benefit that much with casters but some of that is preference.

I wouldn't know how to use one on wheels. They would get stuck in the joints and corner of grass. I just wouldn't want wheels. I hope my boss doesn't read this but I removed the wheels off the new silver one on my truck. Lol

Down streamers also run the SH through the hose and trigger gun, degrading them faster than an x-jet would

God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16.
You also must be ready all the time, for the Lord will come when least expected - Matthew 24:24.
If we truthfully ask for forgiveness for our sins He will forgive us no matter what! We have to love God with all our heart and have a relationship with Him before it's too late. God is showing signs that connects to what the Bible says. God loves each and every single one of yall!
    - I'm not forcing anybody to do anything, but I'm trying to share God's word before it's too late. Have a blessed day. 🙏❤️😊
