I was looking for a good show of the product. Thank you
What does TDS say after filtering? If it's zero (ppm) then you only have water molecules. If it's more than zero there still are dissolved solids in the water.
Thank you so much for this review I just ordered mine 😊
Thank you for the review. 1) what is the water capacity of the water tank? (how heavy is it) 2) Is there a remineralization filter? 3) what is the TDS coming in from the tap water?
Great review! Looking for something small for my camper and think this might be it. Are you still happy with it? Have you noticed a difference in taste? Like your thoughts on off grid emergency use.
The Lite is on sale for $209 for a limited time on Amazon. A good deal? Thanks for the review
i ordered the exact same order, but they didnt give me a thank you note with free carafe!
How do you clean the tank can you use dish soap
The filter looks okay but have you tested the water? with a water chemical tester to compare it. Not trying to be negative, just to see if that is something worth buying. Shopping around just a suggestion
The filter is 3rd party certified. It's certified NSF/ANSI 58. That's one of the highest possible reverse osmosis certifications. Most reverse osmosis are rated NSF/ANSI 53. Higher than a 58 you're moving into distillery systems. Like industrial water filtration.
@@jimbrown341do you think this lite version is good enough vs the bigger model with more filters?
@@SauerkrautX I've had my unit for about 8 months. The filter still has 2 bars left on it for the filter replacement warning. The glass carafe probably gets refilled 5+ times a day. If we are having guests over we simply pour out all the water from the glass carafe and put it in a larger container. Then just continue to filter more water into the carafe. Rinse and repeat.
@@jimbrown341 that’s great but do you think it’s filtering as well vs it’s larger counterpart?
@@SauerkrautX They are both 3rd party certified NSF/ANSI 58. The smaller unit (the one in this video) is 5 stage purification. While the larger unit is 4 stage filtration. It's possible the smaller unit is better at filtration at a VERY small percentage (since they are both NSF/ANSI 58 certified). The smaller unit only wastes one part of water for every 3 parts of fresh water. The larger unit wastes 1 part of water for every 2 gallons of water it creates. Because of all of these factors the smaller unit made more sense to me.... plus it was less money and the replacement filter is WAYYYYY cheaper than replacing multiple filters in the larger unit.
"Nothing but water molecules" = Not correct...
