The part in the club where she loses her skirt was hilarious and got better when her boyfriend stepped on the table cloth as she was making a break for it as everyone is laughing at her. PRICELESS.
Great escapist entertainment in the deep depression times! Thanks for the upload. Zeppelins and their types were all the rage until they started blowing up or crashing. @3:20 I like that he says "Aw don't be like that". I have used that line a lot. It's interesting to learn where phrases go back.
Enjoyed this very silly Marjorie Beebe comedy...though I think the Boat-Plane to Zepplin stunts seem "cannibalized" from another film, the early aviation of 92 yrs ago was almost thrilling to watch. Beebe has a quality that reminds me of Martha Raye. Has anyone noticed this...? And yes, I believe Pollard steals the show with her tipsy aunt routine. A shame Beebe and Thelma Todd never worked together, but they probably would have cancelled each other as a good team
That's a blimp, not a zeppelin🙄!! Good 'ol Vernon👍. Popping up, in comedies everywhere, at the time😁. Pre-stooge, also.
'Good, to the last drop', too.
Always liked Mack Sennett and it's so nice to have stuff show up that you never knew about before - Nifty little shorts, Thank You !
Vernon Dent !
Vernon Dent was one of the best character actors of that time.
Not in blackface either!

everything was so innocent in the thirties now the whole world is chaos
Depression, Hitler becoming dictator of Germany, Japan attacking China, Stalin murdering millions. Yes it was superduper!
@6:30 I wonder if this came before Betty Boop or it was the inspiration for that cartoon goddess of my life?
LOVE, the 'boop'!!!!
