I bought it, i love it, i never regret.
1.it's a swedish tank
2.it looks adorable and cool
3.the fact that amx12t is just a better tank, doesn't make strv trash (plus amx12t is a lt and strv is a mt, their jobs are different)

The strv74A2 is my first premium tank lol
The ever so slightly a under performer. Had a mission to get 10 penetrating shots in a row to get like a super sniping badge at the beginning of the year. Tried to win that hidden mission for 80 rounds and failed. It is not a good tank. Some people do very well in the tank I suspect people already familiar with auto loaders in tier 6 and 7 when I got this I was not and had my butt handed to me for the first 20 rounds until I learned how to use the tank and I am now average in it. Just played it after watching the video I won 1780 dmg made 44000 credits. Got my first gold mastery in the tank on my second time out 3020 dmg 66000 credits. Also love the fact that you really tell it like it is and your not like a tank salesman. Appreciate the strait talk.Thanks for the great video Meadsy.

I was wondering about strv and pz5/4 and another premium tier 5 tank or rudy
And i bought rudy cause it has awesome gun and handling and ppl recomended it to me so i bought it and i think that if i got the strv i prob wouldnt regret it cause i do great with auto-loaders

Can anyone tell me which part of the turret armor is 76mm?
Because Su100Y HE with 70mm pent can easily go through the"76mm" sloped turret front armor. Hellcat HE with 50mm pent can also go through it if hellcat shoot down to the turret front at aroud 45 deg.

Definitely needs a buff. I don't understand how everyone loves it (it isn't a bad deal at the moment). Something off with MM perhaps, I do well in it, but never win.

I got from the actual grind, too bad they brought it back for cheap. Its a pretty good tank tho, you should play it as a mid range sniper dont go one on one.

imho it's a good deal for a mediocre tank. If it had better mobility it would be much more fun. Only played it a handful of times because there's just so many tanks I enjoy at tier 6 over the Steve. So far no ace but I've done 3100 dmg with only 2 kills for a first class.
For tier 6 I like to take the dicker max out to play w
liking a tank does not automatically make it good, I could say the same but every tank has it's ups and downs. This thing struggles at higher tiers with it's really low pen, average mobility and lack of armor. Also, the french light line has an autoloader too at the same tier with way better mobility and the gun has slightly more pen
