Yes good thumbnail 👌 We watch and like your videos 😊Can you do a new video about Gold River? We're currently in LA and we want to be near water, walking trails, and SAFETY. ❤ We're thinking that we're Gold River people. Thanks ❤ Shana

Single story vs 2 story which has more value long term ?

such a fun topic. Here is my take...single story clients only want single story homes...period. People who PREFER two story homes if they find a nice single story house will pull the trigger. I mean eventually we will all need a single story house :) Also I notice there are more two story homes being built than single story homes so it then falls into supply and demand. Single story win.

I am in San Francisco. I am LGBTQ. I was at a pizza place in San Francisco and stood in line behind a gay man in a thong. I want to live in a city in California that is LGBTQ friendly but where people keep their clothing on. Is Sacramento The Place For Me??

the vibe here is very mellow compared to the Bay Area. What are you are looking to move into? Most of Sacramento has a relaxed Suburb vibe unless you go toward Midtown and even there it is tame compared to the SF.
