Also, the last line in Clouds about “I ain’t got to say it, you know where my head is…” That is a callback to the song Outcast on the Perception record. In the chorus he says, “I'm high off the music, my head's in the clouds. I kinda like it up here, I am not comin' down”

They shot it about 10 mins from where I'm at right now (I own a vape shop), on 840 in Dickson, TN. I have a few paramedics who are regulars in the shop, that watched them shoot it from a distance. Would love to have seen that.

I love how you guys talk about NF's funny side, and the Golden Ticket bar. That bar has a way deeper meaning that you guys missed. "The King of Mischief, The Golden Ticket, Rare sight to see". The King of Mischief is "Loki"! Nate's "Golden Ticket" is staying "Lowkey"! Someone with NF's talent, and skill staying "Lowkey" is a "Rare sight to see"! So what you have here is a Marvel Universe bar, and a Willie Wonka bar, and NF spitting creativity, and truth about himself. If that's not "Real Music" I don't know what is.... loved the journey guys!

NF and Falling In Reverse are the two that led me to your channel. THANK YOU for doing the NF journey. I am such a huge, huge fan of him. I truly appreciate all of your hard work, and absolutely, thoroughly loved your reactions. I hope this isn't the end before his new music comes out (I think that will be soon 🥰🥰🥰). Same for me, these guys are great! But also, something interesting about NF and FIR is they're the two presences in music I know of who have done cinematic music videos that also have a linking story and feel like a movie (NF's videos may not be special effects blowouts like FIR, but direction is the biggest thing for camera work and NF's director makes you feel like you're watching a movie as much as FIR's does. Plus, it's so cool that NF's videos link together across albums, besides the self-contained ones which are also well-directed. I'm excited to see what's next after HOPE).
But it's also cool how every video NF shoots is at a real place, I think including the snowy mountains in Lost.

14:30 I remember seeing the video of the behind the scenes of the music video and it is indeed all shot exactly how you see it, no green screen for that scene. Two cars actually hit each other behind him and you can see it in the music video (idk the exact timestamp in the music video but you can definitely see it). They closed part of I-75 nearby so that he could film this.
I think it was shot in tennessee I think.

I realized as watching this that in lost, climbing the mountain is also another visual metaphor. He climbs up the mountain, saying not to let your burdens control you. Then he finds Hopsin, buried by his burdens. Then they leave together. This amounts to Nf saying to us the audience, “dont die on this mountain, lets go find something better for ourselves, we cannot let our burdens take us to the top of this hill and die on it”

I haven't commented here before but I figured this is a good video to at least show some appreciation. I found NF a couple months ago and his music has really connected with me, went through every single one of his songs from Mansion to CLOUDS, he's easily become one of my top artists.
When I found him initially I looked for some reactions to his music to see if others felt the same way and I came across your channel, it's been amazing to follow through with you guys and I loved this journey. Yeah!! so happy yall did these. Yes, there is a behind the scenes of the freeway section on RUclips. Finally, I can tell you, my story. I live really close to where that was filmed here in Tn. I saw something come up one early morning on an NF fan site that it was leaked that they were doing some filming of an NF video on a piece of freeway. Lo and behold, I ran down there. Couldn't get too close but was able to see the cars and crew. Saw NF in all black, way far away though, and it was awesome. About 30 or so people where I was. It took about 6 hours maybe of filming. Love you guys.:)
Me and my best friend had a massive falling out a few months ago and no longer speak to each other. BUT
Not being able to see your 1st reactions to the Clouds Song/Video is still the saddest thing this year😂😭 I was waiting for it since the start, one of my favorite videos by him. The Journey is a “to be continued”. Clouds is a great interlude before the next album. Yes the Journey needs to be updated. Do everything on Clouds. Great tracks and show different feels in styles. Feels that he through some experiments on this album.

I was very irritated that I had to wait all day to watch this, it released right as I was walking out the door to go to work. But I watched it as soon as I got home! You guys never disappoint, can't wait for the songs you weren't able to get to yet and excited for his future releases!
Hey guys been here since the start of this journey and I look forward to any future installments of it. However, if you have the time I greatly recommend Citizen Soldier a rock band that speaks on similar things as NF. A good song to start with is "Whould Any One Care" or "Mess of Me"

Highway car stunt was practically he released a behind the scenes clip of them filming this exact scene on his instagram. The camera man being guided by another crew member to ensure he stayed centered and didnt accidentally get run over by the stunt cars.

I think some people come into the world "knowing" what they are meant to do. It is written in the very fabric of who they are. NF is one of those people. Despite going through Hell and back, he has the ability to articulate and visualize the things we've gone through and the things we feel that are locked inside and are to painful to speak, to painful to face. He is the voice of the people who don't have the words, who don't have the strength, who don't have enough hope or faith. He reminds us all that we are not alone in our mansions, we all carry black balloons, we all have times where we are lost, where we hate ourselves, and that's ok, we are human. In the end of it all, it makes us who we are right now. We can overcome it all. ❤
I love NF, so many of his songs help me out throughout the darkest of my days, even though I'm not really a believer in god, but I feel like we humans are still very spiritual beings, I'm not gonna diss someone for having faith in something and I have found myself pleading to something, anything sometimes in those times of darkness.
The way NF articulates, expresses all of these thoughts that tend to be stuck in our heads is insane, he's got a cup but it ain't filled with codeine, it's filled with empathy, overflowing with it even, that's where I feel a lot of this comes from. Because for a lot of those of us who have gone and are going through our own struggles, even if they differ, worse or not, it's all a matter of perspective, but the pain we feel can all be the same intensity. So sharing that, it helps thousands of others going through it.
Oh man. That sucks. you definitely need to go back and go through all of the tracks you missed for sure. EDIT: I just heard you say at the end you're going to. Awesome.
One thing you missed is he said no cup no codeine and then he grabs the cup out of the fire truck as in shot to lean rappers
A couple of comments about clouds: the one trick pony thing is a call back to Paid my Dues , the call back to Outcast and Intro 1 but also he grabs an apple and Apple has been called the same with there computer business. Also, in his song Options he says “ put down your whistles, I’m done with you referees.

Oh my gosh my husband and I went and saw him recently and got backstage passes to talk to him and we were able to talk to him for like 10 minutes and I mentioned to you guys because y'all are my favorite reaction channel to NF and he knew exactly who you guys were ❤
The thought he outs into this video is crazy. "Slowing me down, impossible" as he trips over a bike. Even when he pulls his fist out of the wall its perfectly on beat with the instrumental. Nf is goated in my eyes

Don’t know if anyone noticed, but Hopsin doesn’t swear at all in his part. Nor does Tech in his song. I think it just goes to show the amount of respect that NF has earned. People know his style and they respect it.

I remember when Lost first came out and thought the picking up the actual paddle out of the snow with the overhead shot and all was so out of place…then he starts Hope all this time later on a raft in the “middle of nowhere” with the paddle. I always wondered if when writing new songs, he went back to old ones to pick out certain lines to reference, or if he really did have this killer long game. The paddle makes me think it’s the later. Maybe it’s both, but either way…I’m here for it.
If you guys are looking for another musician to react to Ill suggest Amigo The Devil. His sound is very different from what y’all currently have reacted too but he talks about a lot of real stuff as well.

You should also do "let me go" (not "let you down". Its on the search album and honestly it should have it's place in the journey playlist. It's one of his darkest and most introverted songs. You guys are great! Keep up the good work!

I think my favorite part of the entire clouds videos is when he walks out of the burning house and makes his way to the fire truck. As he steps in he grabs a cup of water, steps down and spills some purposefully and then the camera pans out showing the firefighters struggling to get water out of the hose to spray onto the house
