      @@shekharsingh1355 I didn’t submit any AP scores in my application, however I can connect you with some friends here in CS who did. In hindsight, I wish I did take the AP exams as my friends who did submit their scores got credit for those courses, so you don’t have to spend time repeating hs physics in college.

    Great video! How are the Finance programs at the University? Any idea if they are on par with the engineering programs?

    • @ShirishGee
      @ShirishGee  2 года назад +2

      Thanks for the kind words. UIUC is a better tech school than management in general. It has good programs in Finance and management so you can absolutely apply. Along with UIUC you can explore other schools for finance such as NYU (Stern), UMich (Ross), Duke, Fordham etc.

    I have a question, what if during my second year of community college I decided to switch my major, and am now working to complete classes that will transfer for this school, if my credits exceed because of my previous classes will that impact my chances?

    • @ShirishGee
      @ShirishGee  2 года назад

      Not really, you will only get credit waivers as per the university requirements, so you may have 80 transferrable credits but only 60 gets transferred, that is a possibility.

    • @ShirishGee
      @ShirishGee  9 месяцев назад

      The GRE is not a requirement of the Graduate College. However, it may be a program admissions requirement. Visit the program website for specific test score requirements. Some programs like CS is highly competitive and even there it’s not mandatory but recommended

    Now you know you were going to get some clap back about Michigan. That comment was not necessary and created resistance to your message right away. The University of Illinois has many, many programs that Michigan cannot compete with. The Engineering school is more than a 1/2 step above Michigan. But my point is that it was not necessary to make that claim that can be debated. I could run Ann Arbor down but again the point is, leave it out.
